It was clean but could use a refresh. Reataurant was excellent!

It was lovely to be recognized and welcomed by the breakfast attendant when I went in for breakfast on my first morning. She remembered me from my previous visit.

Sure Stay Carnarvon by Best Western is a good hotel. The hotel is dated, but the rooms are spacious and kept clean, as is the outdoor pool area. The complimentary breakfast is a nice addition to any stay. The staff are friendly and attentive. Sails Restaurant is one of the best restaurants in Carnarvon for dinner. Excellent meals.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Although the buildings are old it was clean and neat. Very convenient to have the restaurant so you don’t have to travel for dinner. I enjoyed my stay.

Nice clean room, good size, nice continental breakfast

Very dismal. Room was clean, but upon arrival we found a rotten apple, some rubbish and toys leftover. Aircon was very noisy, and flucated between cold/warm. Bathroom was spacious, but with very limited air flow, there was mould all on the ceiling in the bathroom. No fresh water available, and not allowed to cook any food in the rooms - BBQ was dirty and nothing available to clean it and restaurant has no "normal food", everything was super fancy. Room service came once in 5 days, but only towels were swapped. Bring dishwashing liquid and a sponge if you want to clean your coffee mugs, as there is no way of washing them, and they never got swapped out during our stay. None of the windows can be opened for air flow! They were all bolted shut, even with them caged off Beds were quite comfortable, but the blanket is just stuck in between 2 sheets, making it difficult to stop everything moving around. Loved the quiet and safe location. 5 minutes from town. Definitely not somewhere we would stay again.
