All night long, every 10 minutes, there was a strange whistling sound in the room coming from some electronic device that I couldn’t identify. Also, under the nightstand, there were what looked like ant traps—at least that’s what they seemed to me—but I didn’t get too close because they didn’t seem appropriate for a bedroom. I couldn’t complain because the reception was closed after 11:00 PM, and in the Morning i was early away

Quick stay for an early flight. Not mich in the area but met our needs.

The lady at the reception was friendly, there was a problem finding a parking. If you need to book this hotel you need to know that there is no one at the reception between 11 pm and 6 am, also there was a problem with parking, because there is no enough parking spots at the property. So you have to think twice before booking this hotel.

Great staff and location for a night before a flight. Residential neighborhood. Quiet and large room.

Great for a night stay after deplaning or prior to flying out of Vienna.

The hotel was super clean, the staff was very attentive. They speak English, helped me with a late check in and gave my advice when I got sick. There location is a short 10-15 min ride from the airport. The neighborhood around the hotel is mostly residential and industrial not a lot of things to do, perfect for someone stopping for a night of rest or leaving the next morning out of Vienna.

The front desk was outstanding.

Room 213 has a strange cricket sound , it was very difficult to fall sleep. The restaurant’s food was very good

We honestly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was close to Vienna airport , was very neat, the receptionist Mikael was very nice and informative and recommended a local restaurant for dinner Whyte loved.

We were only here for a night, wanting to be close to the airport for our flight. Staff was super friendly. Location was convenient (other than not being train-able unless you wanted to walk a mile). The room did the job. We charged all the things, slept comfortably.

Great place! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was great. It was clean and very nice. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel itself was fine but the breakfast was expensive and there was no way to make coffee in the room. The most frustrating thing was the exhorbitant cost of the airport shuttle. They charged 19 euros for a 3 km trip - the same as a taxi.

Staff Mikael was excellent: very flexible and helpful to us. We arrived early but he accommodated us with no problem. Hotel was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Hotel was close to the airport.

Travelled for business arriving at 11am. Luckily I emailed the hotel about something before I arrived and they informd me the reception was not manned at that time of night. The key was very easy to retrive from the machine using the code they provided. The room was nice. Unfortunately first flush toilet and it filled constantly and loudly for the next five hours resulting in very little sleep. I tried calling the out of hours number twice to arrange an alternative room but there was no reply so I emailed reception. The next morning the man on reception had my email but said he couldnt discuss recompence until the office staff were in, after my departure. I agrred they could email a response when they got into work, and paid the bill assuming I would get a partial refund after the fact. I have received no reply to my email. It’s a fine hotel if you have no issues.
