Staff were all nice and friendly.

On top of mountain, limited dining and grocery store.

Beautiful lodge with a lot of potential. The location is fantastic and the property has great bones, but management really needs to step up when it comes to maintenance, cleanliness, and staff training. Our room was average—nothing to complain about, but nothing special either. The TV didn’t work properly; after reporting it, someone from the front desk came up two hours later, fiddled with it for a couple of minutes, and told us it might fix itself. That was… amusing. The little arcade is a cute idea, but only 2 out of 9 machines were working. When I mentioned it at the front desk, the response was, “This isn’t Vail.” Another missed opportunity. Breakfast was decent, but things like cleaning rags, equipment, and back-of-house clutter were in full view of guests. There are countless small details like these—not deal-breakers, but definite missed chances to deliver a polished hospitality experience. With a bit more care, this place could be truly exceptional.

Maybe they were having staff issues during our stay but all the garbage cans were overflowing and never emptied during our 3 day visit. Our room

Great stay, very clean and comfortable

Sure beats a motel and with off season rain es with ski season at an end, this is a great find for our national parks visits.

We loved this place except for the service. Sharp at 11 am, as we were already leaving and literally out the door, the phone rings to remind us that it’s check-out time. Come on, can’t you give a five minute grace period? Also, front desk staff could be more relaxed and smile, to look more welcoming. The restaurant and bar staff was great though.

Great place to stay overnight

The staff is absolutely wonderful and accommodating, very friendly and informative they were definitely well equipped to tackle our questions .Common areas and room was extremely clean the exterior was icy but it was very clean and they made sure to have all their bases covered in terms of safety! We loved it! I would highly recommend to my friends looking to stay in the area.

This place has lots of deferred maintenance. Floor tiles broken in multiple areas, carpet worn, pool closed, hot tub closed, EV chargers broken. Also rooms are very noisy.

I liked the property a lot. A very nice lodge with a good restaurant.

It is our go to spot for winter ski trips. Staff is always helpful and kind. Rooms are big and beds are comfy.

Property is a bit worn and showing wear.

Hotel lobby was in clear need of maintenance and updates. Rear entrance was not accessible, bathrooms were out of order. Confirmed EV charger availability before arriving but it was also not working. No plans to return.
