Air conditioning was at 28 degrees in the room and was disgusting. We called about turning it down but no one with good enough english wishing to help us. Getting into the hotel was difficult and the shop next door said there are issues all of the time. Very noisy when we had to leave windows open to try and sleep. Shower head was broken.

I enjoyed my stay. Very interesting design of the room, I felt comfortable.

Fine stay and close to all the places I wanted to visit. Only issue was minor that reception desk was closed recently and I had to go to another property to check in. But all turned out fine.

Дуже сподобалось. Трішки не вистачало мініхолодильника чи мінібара, але не критично.Проїзд трамваїв під вікнами не відволікав, навіть забовляв. При нагоді повернусь знову.

This is a lovely hotel situated in the centre of Krakow. The staff are lovely and will do anything for there guests. Me and my sister (being British) wanted many tea bags for cups of tea and the staff always provided extra when asked and it was no trouble :) Air con was brilliant (again as a British person it gets hot easily) comfy beds quiet in the hotel. Only downside there was only one pillow and my room was next to the tram lines but once asleep you couldn’t really notice them:) Overall great hotel will return if I return to Poland :)

Nice enough hotel , good for the city centre . Breakfast was included and very tasty. Nasty large stain to bedroom carpet definitely let it down .

The hotel is in a great location, close to the old town ( 10 mins walking ) , the tram is 300 M near . The property is friendly and good for families. Thank you Sylwia for your help .

Great stay. Staff very friendly and helpful, nice clean spacious room, hearty breakfast & perfectly positioned for both the Old Town & the Jewish district.

Hotel is small and basic. The bathrooms have recently been refurbished and are nice and clean, the rest of the bedroom could do with the same treatment. Breakfast basic continental with good coffee . Hotel is 10 min walk to the old town and 5 min to Jewish quarter

I just say love this place ill be back next year best city in my visit to europe

Great hotel

From the outside you could be forgiven for missing the building but once inside it is clean and tidy. The folks behind the desk were always polite and acknowledged us when we were leaving/entering. The room was a reasonable size with large windows, Aircon and a presentable bathroom. The breakfast was enjoyable, there was cereals, cold and warm meats, eggs, breads and spreads and various juices. A coffee machine, also. Some might consider it slightly basic but it suited our needs. The location is the real winner. 5-10 minutes from the relaxed and fun Jewish quarter, 10 minutes from At Mary's church. We never needed a taxi and always walked. Our room was situated at the front facing the main road so there was some tram noise late at night but this didn't bother us at all. All in all, we had a fantastic visit in Krakow with wonderfully priced digs. Recommend.

Convenient location for tourist sights in the City. Super helpful staff and great room to relax in after a long day exploring
