The staff is very friendly, the room is clean but the space is not comfortable.

I went on the 4th of the Lunar New Year, it was too crowded, so it took a long time to take the elevator, on the 24th floor, go down to the ground floor and stop a dozen times😂 the rest is ok 🥰

The room is too cramped, the material is old and new, not worthy of the mark 5 star hotel at all. My worst 5 star hotel experience ever!

Every time I come to Nha Trang, I stay here. Everything was perfect, especially the breakfast buffet was delicious. The staffs are enthusiastic and lovely hehe especially you have a sign called Sunny hihi

Everything exceeded expectations, friendly staff, beautiful overflowing swimming pool. I booked a package to celebrate the wedding anniversary, the decoration was great even though the storm was predicted, but the staff still set it up and stood on duty on the floor, serving only my wife and I. I think the price is reasonable, next time I will still stay here. Thank you Anna Ho and Khoa Tran for making the party cozy by the pool with delicious food. Love Sheraton.

Sheraton Nha Trang is located opposite the sea and in the middle of the bustling center, where it is easy to go to markets, convenience stores, restaurants as well as to stroll to discover Nha Trang: - Room: current design Great and clean. The 3-way bathroom prevents privacy and comfort among members when in need. Balcony overlooking the sea with wide view, less obscured visibility. Mattress beds and pillows are very smooth and clean (this is my favorite). - Breakfast: a lot of dishes, especially Pho does not lose (if you can say more) some outside shops. The menu is varied with both Korean and fresh cakes baked by the hotel itself. - Swimming pool: extremely clean and beautiful swimming pool, looking straight to the sea to create immense feeling. My child is only 6 months old but has shown interest in playing buoys at the pool. I also had comfortable moments at this pool. - Bath beach: private beach but located in common space. However, there are always on duty staff so be assured of security and safety. - Staff staff: very friendly and efficient, from bellman, receptionist, brothers and sisters in swimming pool, beach, restaurant, room service. - Tourists: perhaps due to being a 5-star hotel, visitors here are also selective. I found them polite, courteous and friendly, very different from some travelers at other hotels. This makes the atmosphere at the lobby, the restaurant is comfortable. I will continue to choose Sheraton for my holidays / trips.

Best service, hotel staffs are very kind and friendly, equipment is okay, my room have a nice view from 19th floor. I'll be back if I go to Nha Trang again
