Owners and the room locations is amazing.

I tried my best to cancel the booking but couldn't. The hotel location is such that even a taxi cannot reach it. The Hotels.com still deducted full charge, despite of nog even checking in and using the facility. I paid INR 25,000 for nothing. This is totally unacceptable and unfair.

I arrived at about 6am and fortunately they let me check in early without extra charge for the following evening! The host helped me with getting a bus ticket, too. My room had a nice view of the fort. Hot water worked well. Wifi actually worked IN the room, which was claimed but hadn't worked at the last couple places I stayed at.

Friendly staff and we enjoyed our meal at the roof top restaurant. It is a convenient place to stay as it is nearby to the tourist spots.

Couldn’t ask for a better stay. Great people and friendly staff. If we wanted anything they went out of their way to try to accommodate. We would stay here again in a heart beat. No complaints or concerns whatever.

Good place to stay but expensive for what it is. Internet does not work at this place so beware! Also found a lot of dust and strands of hair on the blankets. Owner is very welcoming.

We stayed 3 days. The hotel is good and cozy. The owner is very co-operative. They guided about the city on our arrival and provided every help that we asked for. Will recommend it!

We were not properly advised by Hotels .com . we were disappointed by the poor hotel frontage - it was located in a shabby neighbourhood. The hotel manager informed us that the cook had taken leave - so the quality of the food was very poor. The only redeeming feature was the polite behaviour of the hotel owner - he tried his best to make us feel comfortable.The rooftop hotel offered a good panoramic view of the nearby mehrangarh fort. Not advised for family stay - recommended for young people who do not mind a little discomfort in exchange of the good rooftop panoramic view.

Worst hotel in Jodhpur. 1. No hot water - We requested hot water three times. They repeatedly claimed they have turned it on, but was of no good. We were forced to take bath in cold water in this winter. 2. Worst food offered - Dont ever order food here. Worst food. Salted indian side dish. Requested lassi, got a salted butter milk and was later replaced by a sweet butter milk. 3.The hotel itself is in absolute filthy neighborhood. The hospitality was good, but that doesnt negate the drawbacks mentioned above. You can all together remove jodhpur from ur travel plans except for the main fort.

The hotel is in the old city and our driver had difficulty finding it. Access is up a flight of stairs. The room was big, was clean and comfortable, and had a view of the impressive Meherangarh Fort. The cost of being in the old town, with its atmosphere, is a degree of noise; we accepted this trade-off. The rooftop area has a great view. The restaurant food served was tasty and I thought was as good as a more high profile restaurant down the road. The owners (it's a family business) were very nice, most helpful, and accurate in their advice. The lads manning the restaurant made up for their under-training by being willing to go out of their way to make you happy.

this hotel is not a star hotel, food quility is poor ,hotel owner staying in hotel, he provied me old model indica ,i went to oshhiyaji in oshhiyaji car fail.i request to arrange other car two hour i not get respose i totaly disappointed i my self arrange and come back to jodhpur in night.

The hotel is not at nice location and it is really overpriced compared to facility provided. The rooms are clean. However the quality of linen and comfort factor is very poor. The name and the way it is marketed like a old haveli is a mis representation as it doesn't look like any haveli. It is a 3 storey new construction in a congested place. The hotel staff is very un professional and the location and surrounding is unpleasant.

We found the owner to be a pleasant man and the location of this hotel very good in relation to the Sardar Market and old city. However, the hotel is dated, food nothing special and cleanliness a concern. The staff were eager to help, perhaps a little too much. We also found the market to be a dirty, smelly place, worse than elements of Mumbai, and were hassled a lot.

The staff here are super helpful so it may be worth staying here just for that. One if them hugged me. The rooms are not very nice though and I've seen cleaner.

The Hotell has a decent location and nice standars. The two best things about this Hotel is its view from the Restaurant Roof and the Friendly staff. This is a family Hotel and they were very helpfull and made our stay really nice. I would recomend this Hotel to traveler who wants to visit Jodhphur
