The location is great and walkable to the many sights, malls, eating places and cafe. However, the property is beside a bar and loud music playing to the early hours. Ear plugs provided in the room shows that the staff do know of the existing problem. The pillows are not the softest and had problem sleeping but that is subjective as some do like hard pillows. Breakfast spread was fabulous and has a live station for eggs and pho.

- The location is within walking distance to many locations in city center.- Room size is sufficient but not really sound proof.

The hotel is clean.. the room is spacious.. I personally find the staff enthusiastic.. The room is cleaned every day.. Before coming, I called to notify the check-in time, you guys have cleaned the room and opened the door .. In general, the service and room is 9d.. Except for 1 point, the soundproofing is not very good.. 💕 Located at the corner of bitexco with Nguyen Hue pedestrian street.. Too convenient.. 💕

1- Máy lạnh ồn do phòng nhỏ nhưng gắn máy lạnh 2 cục thổi gió trực tiếp vô giường ngủ, cho dù đã bật 28 độ C với tốc độ gió nhỏ nhất. Trái cây héo khô khi nhận phòng cảm thất vọng, thiếu tôn trọng, thà không có còn hơn. (bù lại cà phê pha phin rất ngon) 2- cách âm kém nên khách ra vô gây ồn khó ngủ 3- công trính và các vật dụng cũ do sử dụng tg dài 4- câi mền đắp vô thì nóng không đắp thì lạnh (do chất liệu vải) Tóm lại với giá thành như vậy so với mặt bằngc chung là không xứng đáng so với chi phí giá bỏ ra. nhận lại 1 đêm nghỉ không ngon giấc ảnh hưởng tới công việc hôm sau nhiều

The room was very clean, cozy and lovely. Convenient location and close to attractions in District 1. In addition, we are most impressed with the security guard because he is super cute and helpful. However, the room was full that day, so I waited for hot water for a long time.
