Room was fine, smelled a little mildew but other than that no complaints

We were impressed with the 2 ladies at front desk. They were very welcoming to us.

The front desk lady (i wish i got her name) but she was sooooo helpful and understanding and moved us to a new room with no issues after another guest complained about my kids (on the spectrum) and their noise. I really really appreciated it. We will book here every time when we come to town from now on!

Musty smell

Room was really nice and seemed clean. The king bed was extremely comfortable.

I waited at the check-in counter for 5 minutes before someone showed up. Otherwise, the stay was great.

It was very clean and updated and very quiet convient to shops and restaurants

The first night was terrible.Sickening smell of industrial cleaners.Made it hard to sleep or even be in the room. Second night dissipated quite a bit, still first night tough to recommend.

The alarm clock went off on its own with everything turned off and there was no way to unplug the thing.

Perfect clean hotel

The lady checking us in was not friendly; she was very short and bordered on rude - maybe because we were checking in late but I never saw any restrictions on when checkout closed. We drove in 10 hours so the arrival time was unpredictable and traffic made it later than we expected. The lobby had a weird smell when we walked in. Luckily it was only in the lobby. The room was very clean and we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was noisy in that we could hear walking almost like a stomping around in both the hallway and the room above us until almost 1:00am. This made it a little difficult to fall asleep. Overall it was ok. I’d definitely say it was overpriced but it was a place to rest our heads for a few hours so we could get home safely the next day…
