We’ve stayed here before a few years ago. Sadly the decor hasn’t been updated but still a lovely hotel and lovely staff

Anytime I am in the area. This is my hotel of choice. That says it all

We had a pleasant stay at the Double Tree. I liked the fact that it was nextdoor to a shopping Mall and close to the city centre. However, I was shocked at having to pay £19 for breakfast! Apparently it would have been only £11 if pre-booked. That is a huge difference.

Staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. We forgot a plug for the charging lead to the phone, fortunately they had one spare. The hotel was lovely and clean, rooms were very spacious. Bathroom was big, great shower. The beds were comfortable. Room was a nice temperature. Great to have a fridge in the room too, along with a hairdryer, iron, ironing board and safe. Bar staff were friendly, in fact everyone we came in contact with gave great customer service. Especially the young lady working in the bar yesterday afternoon 12/6. Very helpful, explained where the bus stop was, very friendly and chatty. Unfortunately didn’t catch her name. Think she’s only been working there a few months, but already an asset to the company. Great hotel, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again. Everything was explained, regards breakfast and the car parking and how to get discounts on them all. Brilliant customer service

Everything was perfect. We had the best view, just looking out at the football pitch from our window. Absolutely perfect.

Don’t bother with this hotel, it’s so run down now from a few years ago I last went. The pictures only are so dated as the hotel does not look this great anymore. I promise you will be disappointed!

Good value for money, ideally located for where we were planning to visit (Bletchley Park). Only negative was that there wasn’t a plug available for the bathroom sink!

Excellent in every aspect

Parking extortionate £10 overnight when not in a locked area. Hairdryer wiring exposed. Ironing board cover burn specks. Only 1 teaspoon. Windows cannot open for fresh air. Air con unit shows filter require cleaning so was not working well. TV not all basic free view channels available. Worse of all, in a massive hotel only 2 points for lifts when you have luggage to carry, and only one set of the lifts goes to ground floor reception. Have to walk 15 mins to get to lifts ! Ridiculous when u have luggage to carry. Will not use again. Only positive it has a room safe.

Very convenient for the marathon. big room, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Close to shops and restaurants.

Can't fault the hotel, WiFi was strong, TV worked, shower was great, Aircon was great, beds were very comfortable, it was clean and best location for MK Marathon weekend! Honestly can't fault it and waiting to book again for next year
