They also said that they would ask the house keeping section. That night I borrowed the hotel travel adapter to charge the cellphone, camera and power bank. About 30 minutes a receptionist told me that there was no house keeping section. And they say tomorrow they will ask to the laundry department, maybe they will get carried away. Tomorrow night I asked the receptionist again about my item. They said there was nothing in the laundry section. Because there is nothing, there is nothing else they can do. the receptionis answered me. I asked how the hotel was responsible for losing items in their hotel room. And they answered easily there was nothing else they could do. And if I am not satisfied, I am advised to report to the police. Even for the hotel travel adapter, we cannot use it and must be returned at check-out. In essence we were very disappointed with this hotel. Even though my item is lost maybe the value is not big, but still I as a guest feel disadvantaged. And how can they not want responsibility. The one who holds the key is just me and the hotel. So I'm not a recommendation for this hotel. All my life, seven generations I will not return to this hotel!
