The nighttime desk clerk wasn’t super friendly and, during our time there, often left the desk unattended. The morning desk clerk was much more personable, present, and helpful.
We had an issue with some of the power in our room on our arrival and it took some cajoling to get the clerk to take a look (maintenance was gone for the day). He offered to move us to another room the next day, but after getting him to come up it turned out to be a tripped fuse, which he easily resolved.

Non-French speaking guests, be warned that the TV is only in French with no subtitles so, if you want catch the news or a movie, you’ll be burning your phone’s battery and watch on the small screen.
Also, I had really researched bed sizes (they’re different in Europe) and we expected a queen size ( or at least close to it). It was a full and was tight for my 6’-3”, 230 lb husband and I.
