The location is great but the hotel needs a refresh and not just in the lobby. The rooms were adequate but very tired. Bed was nice enough, shower tub looked a little worn… not HGI’s best effort TBH. I wouldn’t stay there again although go by the staff was perfectly nice and attentive. They can’t help it if the property is worn out!

Late check in , had some reservation problems on our end, but Erica at the front desk was extremely helpful and all went well. Only issue we had was the air conditioner BANGED when it came on an off, making sleep harder than it should be. Erica texted me on our 2nd day and addressed the issue ASAP. Hotel has the hottest water in the shower .. ever, what a joy !! Location was great. Breakfast was OK, but not worth $16, as it is the same that is served at other locations for free. Hotel has a parking garage with companionable pricing for the area. Again, the staff was fantastic and helpful, especially Erica ... She is a keeper a and a great asset for this hotel !

Yo reservé y pagué con anticipación una habitación para personas con silla de ruedas, ya que requiero de un baño para personas con discapacidad, cuando llegué a documentar me dijeron que no estaba disponible esa habitación porque había mucha gente hospedada, me cambiaron dos días después de habitación pero me tuve que bañar en un baño y arriesgarme a caerme ya que no tenía lo necesario para mi seguridad.

This is a very convenient hotel in terms of location right downtown in Bethesda, and it was basically clean. The lobby is not very attractive and the bed, while comfortable, had weird and skimpy bedding. Staff were efficient but not very personable. Altogether, convenient and serviceable, but not special.

Location was excellent, had an appointment at Walter Reed in the morning and it was a 10 minutes straight shot with minimum traffic. Parking garage clearance entrance is 6'3" , truck barely made it.

I love the location! It is literally a 2-3 minute walk to the Metro. There are two entrances to the Metro one is a much longer walk than the other so make sure you get the elevator at the Metro and come out of that entrance and that’s the one that’s closest to the hotel. As for the hotel, it was extremely clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to store my luggage there when I checked out and check out was at 12, which was brilliant as it gave me time in the morning to have breakfast and relax a bit. Everything was great. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I had a great sleep while I was there.. The only complaint that I would have is that the rooms are fairly dark. There is not enough lighting. Other than that, I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely recommend it and stay there again. Lots of shops nearby. There’s a really cool area that is in walking distance, that has lots of shops and restaurants so make sure you check the area out and walk around as it is a bit of a hidden gem.

It was as a good trip. I made a mistake while making reservations for this trip. However, the management and hotel staff took good care of me to resolve the issue.

Gym was well equiped. Some of rooms had windows opening up right next to parking lot at eye level. Thus lacked privacy. Breakfast was standard.

This was a great experience. It is our second time staying there and we would stay there again!
