Got there at 11pm after driving 6 hours the bed comforter and sheets was wet had to call get new bedding and put it on ourselves. Room smelled musty

A Wonderful Stay and a Beautiful View I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sleep Inn & Suites and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with the friendly and welcoming staff making me feel right at home. My room was impressively clean and provided a quiet, peaceful retreat after a long day. The highlight, however, was the stunning view overlooking the area – it was truly beautiful and added a special touch to my stay. Considering the high quality of the accommodation and the excellent service, I found the price to be very competitive and affordable. I would highly recommend Sleep Inn & Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable, and great value stay.

Very clean in the King room I had. The service was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful day and night shift. Everything we needed was in the area and my kid had enough space to flip all over the place.

It was a nice hotel, our bathroom door just wasn't closing properly.

Stayed one night with family to break up the drive home. Nice stay. Rooms were cozy and clean, staff was friendly and helpful and the free breakfast was nice with sausage, eggs, waffles, yogurt and fruit along with bagels coffee and juice.

The room and whole floor had a very strong smell, like cheap cleaning supplies or air freshners, to the point my eyes were burning. Makes me wonder what they are covering up... The grout in the bathroom floor was also questionable, dirty... Beds were comfy though and staff was very nice.

Beds were absolutely comfortable! And the rooms were clean, from the parking lot, to the rooms, and halls! Just lovely! And the front desk people were just delightful! Very friendly! This will always be my first pick when staying in Huntsville! Its amongst several restaurants and stores! Microwaves/fridge/Coffee in rooms/breakfast many were eating, but we just skipped because we bought our own.

Cleanliness

Nice but room was humid.

We checked in at 1:30 am. The desk clerk was very friendly and did her job quickly. Hotel needs to be updated. Hallways are outdated. Room was clean as far as I could tell but again needs to be updated. Not the hotel’s problem, but we could hear cars outside revving engines.

Super friendly staff! Gary, in particular was sensitive to my need for safety and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

The property was everything we wanted and better than expected.

Room was clean. Breakfast buffet was really good and food was replenished quickly.

Bed was comfy

The only way to stay in the room was with the air conditioner turned off, as it blew out mildew, and smelled horrible. The filters were clean so it was the unit itself that needed service/cleaning. I reported to desk and was told the filters were changed. I was not offered another room. Since I was out of the room most of the time, I turned unit off when I was in room. It still smelled, but not as badly. Also breakfast was blah and choices were nil. Someone scrapped my back fender in the parking lot.

The location was excellent for me The only dislike was tub/shower area. There were no safty bars at the back of the tub where you stand for a shower- just slick walls and tub bottom- a bit of a safty hazard.
