Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. The staff in charge of the breakfast was outstanding. Everything was very good and fresh and clean.

Nice hotel. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice comfortable bed. Great A/C that was really appreciated during the heat wave. Very bountiful breakfast buffet with good tasting food and hot coffee.

The room and bath was clean, and the staff was nice and helpful, dinner was amazing, hats off to the chef, but breakfast was just ok.The location was excellent to get to the cruise port. I would stay there again.

The hotel is clean and modern. The hotel seemed to be understaffed Long wait to check in. No bar facilities until 5 pm when you arrive you need this as the hotel is in the middle of no where. The room was clean and lovely to have a bath.

The hotel was perfect for my needs, a one night stay prior to boarding a cruise. The dinner and breakfast was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a shuttle bus arranged to take guests to the port which was very convenient and cost €30.

Staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. Only Stayed for a night before getting on a cruise. They provide a shuttle service to the port at a charge which was very helpful. Breakfast was mostly continental, but great. Rooms were nice and clean, lovely big windows. Nearby bus service to get you into town, but was running every 30 mins or so when I was there. Would use again.

The receptionist acted as if he had never seen black folks, very uninterested in our questions

Excellent staff! Breakfast is fresh, with a lovely selection of fresh fruits and pastries. The coffee is also excellent!

Clean, great breakfast

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. It was a great stay for weary travelers.

Pretty poor service-there was a business conference on when we arrived-so no restaurant or cafe and no bar available. The restaurant wasn’t available until 7pm and the bar 5pm. Waited 40 mins after ordering our food and when we complained we were told they had a large bus party in the restaurant. The obvious conclusion from that was the coach party took priority even though we were in the restaurant before them. We had only ordered pizza and french fries. The room was ok but the hotel is situated outside of the town so nowhere to go unless you walk. It is a very long walk to get anywhere/wouldn’t stay again-we only stayed as we were going on a cruise nearby
