Good hotel, clean and near subway and conviniens store and also reasonable rate price.

If you use JR pass you need walking to station in 10 minutes, near from family mart and seven eleven. Clean and friendly staff and looks new hotel.

The reason we chose this hotel was it's easy to go to Tokyo Disneysea and Disneyland. It's great, only 15 minutes to Maihama station with no transfer. Twin room: big and convenient bathroom with big bath tub. Impressive: Bedroom is quite small but it's ok. You can buy 24, 48, 72 hours metro pass at the hotel front. Hotel staffs are very friendly, informative and helpful. You can leave the luggages at the front before checking- in (they already brought our luggages to the room when we came back) and after checking- out The check-in process was quite a long time, however the check-out process was very fast and easy. If you have many luggages, you should get a taxi to the T-CAT limousine bus station and catch the bus to Narita airport. It's very convenient. (About 5-10 minutes from hotel to T-CAT and cost about 1000 yen/taxi, it took about 60 minutes from bus station to Narita airport for 1900 yen) You can buy the tickets at the hotel but can't book the time you want to travel so we bought the ticket at the bus station. (There was a promotion for 4 people discount to 7,200 yen)

awesome hotel. to check and checkout they don't want to know. checkin 3pm checkput 11pm. it can't extend any time

The location of the hotel is quite strategic, good breakfast and clean rooms. Service is also friendly. The nearest shuttle bus to the station is available everyday.

location is only 300 meters from metro station, enough buffet breakfast and the room is bigger for japan standard compared than the priced
