Habitación amplia, buenas condiciones cama, cómoda con bonita vista a la ciudad desayuno bien, pero pudiera tener más personal en la cocina. Ya que los dos días que estuve allí había demasiados huéspedes, y no se daban abasto. Walmart, cercas, restaurancito cercas, pero el mall de Angelópolis no está nada cerca, no se puede caminar hasta allá, se necesita transportación.

Staff were very respectful and friendly. Beds were very hard not comfy at all room had a sewage smell to it unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this place and I won’t be coming back.

El cuarto es mega básico no hay ni cafetera y limpios no se siente limpio las almohadas huelen terrible . No hay nada de comer así que pedimos delivery y no tuvieron cubiertos aunque fui a pedirlos repetidas veces. Una lástima !!

Elegimos este hotel por su ubicación, que es muy conveniente, pero la experiencia fue bastante incómoda: 1. Reservamos una habitación con una cama y un sofá cama, pero el sofá cama era tan pequeño e incómodo que no pudimos descansar bien. 2. La habitación tenía muy poco aislamiento acústico. Se escuchaban claramente las conversaciones de la habitación contigua e incluso las vibraciones del celular. En la madrugada, el ruido de los pasos en la habitación de arriba fue constante. En general, no pudimos descansar y la experiencia no cumplió con nuestras expectativas.

The value for money is very good.

This was my 2nd time staying at this location. The 1st time it was in 2019 and the hotel was great. Unfortunately our 2nd stay it was not as good. The smell of drainage was overwhelming in the whole hotel and worse in the rooms. Breakfast was very unappealing since eggs and beans were dried and flaky.

The room is small, but it smells to sewer system, and the walls of the room are damage, is ok for a fast sleep... I did not take the breakfast so I can not say anything about the meal.

Plug next to bed did not work, had to turn off a\c to stop an awful sewage smell they invaded the room, bath mat was placed upside down, reason was it was stained on right side, hair in shower, Front office with line of people waiting and front office staff (supervisor I assume) comes out from offices with earplugs, sees everybody and goes back in without even acknowledge anyone.

The key wasn’t active. My daughter had to go back and ask them to action the key so we could access de room. The room had a rare smell.
