Terrible room condition…. Completely run down hotel. Carpet smells and air conditioning doesn’t work. Please don’t consider this hotel.

Location was very good next to restaurant and shopping mall, walking distance from tram stop, very easy to reach everywhere by tram even to otogar (bus station), breakfast was not rich considering a 5 stars hotel and rooms needs a little update, team was helpful and extended my check out untill 23:00 for a special offer of 20$. I would come again to this hotel next time.

The room was so hot and ac was not working (it was winter cold outside). The carpet and bathroom looked dirty. The dinner at the hotel was so expensive yet the taste was not good. Not all the rooms are non smoking so you have to specifically tell them if you want nonsmoking. The hotel needs more light in the corridors and waiting area, and little more energy. Overall atmosphere makes you feel you are in an unhappy place. On the positive side, this is a chain hotel and it is a big hotel with a restaurant, spa, swimming pool. The buffet breakfast is free. So if you get a comfortable room to sleep and if you are not spending too much time in the hotel, not eating dinner, and if you have a car to drive to the city, you might be good to go.

Excellent hotel. Very well kept, very comfortable room. Two pools, when free air and an indoor one. Excellent breakfast and service. Highly recommend it. Surprisingly low priced.

I cannot say too much because I was on a business trip and did not use many of the facilities. The hotel was said by my business contact to be the best in town. It had everything you would expect from a big hotel.

The hotel is the pits. The rooms were hot with no airconditioning. The lighting was awlful being very dark. One got the impression the room was only for adult relations and not for the business traveler. It was the only hotel in Turkey that I found advertising adult movies on TV. There was different treament for the Turks vs. the non-Turks in my group. The breakfast was terrible. For example out of a group of 20 all Turks got their keys first. They also got daily papers while the foreigners did not. The quality was that of a very low budget motel in the US.

Odalar çok eski,kahvaltı çok vasat.Oda kartını sürekli yenilemek zorunda kaldık,o kadar eskiydi odalar.Ayrıca odaya ayrı zamanlarda patates kızartması ve kahve istedik.Her getirilen şey için 100 TL getirme ücreti alındı.Dünyanın hiçbir yerinde böyle bir uygulama yok.Berbat bir deneyimdi

Eşimle 1 gece konaklama için girdik. Saat 23.00 da vardık, otelde düğün vardı. Sigara içilmeyen ve sessiz taraftan oda rica ettik. Sigara içilmeyen odalar dolu dendi. Odamıza çıktık, fakat oteldeki düğün müzik sesi odanın içinde gibiydi. Sabrettik 12 de biter dedik. Saat 2.00 oldu ve hala çok yüksek ses devam ettiği için resepsiyona gittim ve düğünün after partiye döndüğünü söyledi. Sonuç olarak berbat ve uykusuz bir gece geçirdik. Otel düğün salonu mu yoksa otel mi bir karar vermeli. Konaklama misafirleri bu kadar değersiz olur mu? Bu oteldeki son konaklamam oldu.

Otel bölgenin en eski otellerinden biri sanıyorum. Ama temizlik ve konfor anlamında tatmin etti. Kahvaltısı da güzeldi . Ürünler taze ve lezzetliydi. Bir daha gelsem bir daha kalırım. Otelin alt katındaki spa ve hamam başka bir işletmeye verilmiş. Hamam ücretsiz ama Masaj ücrete tabiiydi. Masaj yaptırdık gerçekten güzel ve rahatlatıcıydı. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Biz güzel bir deneyim yaşadık. Teşekkür ederiz.
