The problem is the check-in process. I was accompanied by a Norwegian friend arriving at the hotel location to check-in. But after talking to the hotel clerk via intercom, we were asked to check-in at another building in approximately 10 minutes on foot at gate 19. The time was December 6, 2018 afternoon and the streets were shaking. We entered the lobby and saw a group of Spanish speaking guests having a problem with the check-in machine. When one of them was asking for help via telephone, they invited us to try the check-in machine. After trying twice and failing, norwegian friends contact customer service whose telephone number is listed on the wall. Ai then asked to be guided via telephone to operate the check-in machine. About 5 minutes the check-in was successful and a card came out of the slot on the machine. that's the room key. We walked back to the hotel location. In front of the hotel we saw 3 people who were about to enter the hotel in confusion. Apparently they are from Malaysia. Apparently they were cold for a long time outside. After we explained, one of the men went to the check-in place and he asked us to allow two female friends to wait inside. This check-in issue is quite unique and therefore must ensure that guests have been informed in advance. the room is not a problem, quite good and comfortable.
