The room was comfortable & spacious. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately all lifts were out of order (seems to have been for some time since cyclone) No notice of this on booking platforms as this may have influenced our choice to stay. Staff were happy to help with luggage but stairs may have been difficult for some.

It was a lovely apartment which had direct access to the pool. A great location opposite the marina. The staff were attentive. We will be staying here again.

Great, clean property in great location. Friendly staff. A working elevator would've been a bonus, but I know all of Hervey Bay is still affected by Cyclone Alfred.

Beautiful property. Very nice gent checked us in and was very helpful. The room was immaculate and really comfortable. Will stay again

Overpriced at the time.

Some aspects of the hotel were out of action due to recent weather events such as lift and pool. Nevertheless we were told about that in advance and didn’t interfere with our stay at least. Good room and location.

Great place to stay. The girls at reception were brilliant.

Still a nice hotel and a beautiful location. Wasn't there long enough to take advantage of all the amenities but hopefully next time. The room I stayed in and in particular the bathroom was starting to look very worn down, the shower needed a decent update and some work. Also unfortunate that lifts were out of service but that was due to recent flooding/storms so that was unavoidable.

Good stay. No real issues. Bed comfortable and place reasonably clean. Shower fiddly and not easy to set up the height. Pool good. Close to some good places to eat. Parking underground and bit of a chore to get bags to further rooms. Would consider going back.

Lovely unit overlooking the pool. Clean with all amenities. Great to have a free bike to cycle the esplanade. Location near marina but a little out of the main esplanade. Small but serviceable gym. Peaceful location. Undercover parking appreciated.

Everything was great!

Food had been left outside my room all day I told staff but it was not removed The rooms 1005-1007 seem unsafe if there was an emergency. How Would you get out with 2 locked doors to try and unlock Average b’fast
