Very good hotel, nothing to really complain about

The breakfast included was disappointing. The selection was very limited, poorly presented, and the bread and similar items were stale. Suggestion: if you choose to offer breakfast, ensure it meets a good standard in both quality and presentation—otherwise, it would be better not to offer it at all. Great Pool, hot tub is massive, and middle pool is warm . Fridge in the room makes noise all night

Spacious Apartment, excellent outdoor heated and cold pool with spa, nice continental breakfast, superb staff members, close to the mariner. Great for business people and couples.

Small and bijou. Short walk to the front and the marina shops/restaurants. Gentlemen, at the reception, very helpful.

Room, bathroom, entrance, staff were amazing. I did notice they are going through some changes and up grades which effected some services but 10/10 over all.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful, pools were great and well maintained, room was clean and tidy but was looking a bit old and worn. We had one of the back rooms and the room was very quiet. The breakfast was not great. The muffin etc were stale and they ran out of alot of items though the staff member was trying her best. Restaurant and gym were all closed.

The staff were courteous and welcoming. Our room was clean but there was a terrible smell in the airlock that we reported. Disappointed the restaurant was still closed however Boat Club just a short stroll.

Location was convenient. Room was comfortable and clean

Beautiful service, and lovely room. We are having pleasantly stay even just for night. Will come back again definitely.

Disappointed to be in a room on the outside, view of the road. I have stayed on seceral occasions and always overlooked the pool. I mistakenly though all rooms did. I was not given any alternative and the price did not reflect this.

The room smelt very wrt and stale. The only way to get rid of it was open everything in 39 degree heat. Could not turn on air con. Curtain backs were all mouldy.

Greeted by friendly welcoming staff member at reception. Room clean, air conditioning on so room was cool and inviting. Clean pool area. Great morning barista coffee delivered poolside. Fantastic stay again. Have stayed before will be back.
