We stayed here last year and noticed the difference between the two. Our room had no air conditioning as it's controlled by the front desk and when we asked for it to be turned on they told us they would but never did and recommended we open a window. This was not the case last year. We had two rooms and both sinks were clogged. Parking is difficult at times. Positives - our room was clean and the location is fantastic!

We really enjoyed our stay and would choose without question to visit again. I am picky, particularly about cleanliness, but we found the room immaculate -- and very spacious and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and the staff were quite pleasant. The rooftop deck was a nice option, though we didn't ever use it. The neighborhood was lively and relaxed, and we were charmed by the beautiful park right across the street, as well as delicious pastries, poutine, and coffee treats within blocks. We felt happy and easily at home the whole time we were staying here.

Easy peasy place to stay for a quick in and out. Perfect location.

Nice property, quiet location but near a bus route, nice staff. Our room wasn’t the cleanest/had the last guest’s trash still in the trash bin, but we did arrive a little early so maybe it was rushed?

Great location and cute room. Lovely front desk staff. We were able to snag one of the three parking spaces and walk to lots of restaurants/bars!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent location. Breakfast available for an additional fee, and plenty of cafes with a short walk.
