The location is excellent—close to everything, yet peaceful enough to fully enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. The service was exceptional, with staff who were not only professional but also genuinely warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety and fresh options to start the day. This hotel combines charm, comfort, and hospitality in the best way possible. I will definitely return on my next visit to Interlaken and highly recommend it to anyone look was truly unforgettable. This place was an 8 minute walk from Interlaken West train station, and there is a grocery store nearby and restaurants within walking distance. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel does provide limited free access to the bus to get around the area. I also liked there was access to a washer and dryer which you only had to get 12 CHF in coins to do a load. The only thing I didn’t care for was no elevator and no AC. They provide a small fan in the room but it wasn’t the strongest. I also happened to be there when it got hot and staying in the room was barely tolerable even with the fan on and the balcony door open. The balcony did provide a great view of the mountains. If you’re looking for something affordable and within walking distance of the train station, and you can tolerate the no elevator/no AC, then yes, consider this place. Otherwise, you may need to pay a little more for such comforts.

Cool hotel and great staff. Great location too especially near train station.

The room was very nice and had a patio for us to enjoy the view. The staff was excellent to assist us on our requests from an extra pillow to breakfast allergies. The location was perfect and only a couple minutes walk from Interlaken West and most of the main drag for shopping and restaurants. My wife and I highly recommend the Hotel Post Hardermannli for your time in Interlaken.

It was very close to everything and we had a lovely stay there. Free breakfast is a huge plus!

Making a short stop over after travelling back over the alps from Tuscany. What a fantastic place to stop! If you get a chance stop for more time as this place is lovely. We have a great view of the Jungfrau from our balcony and the town has many restaurants. The hotel is very friendly and a perfect place to stay.

This is a nice hotel in a nice partof town. The breakfast is delicious.

We had a terrific room, up front with a patio and great view. Dining options were close as well as a grocery store. We enjoyed the room so much, we both some wine, cheese and meat to eat in.

The views from our room were out of this world. The hotel is very close to useful bus stops as well as one of the main train stations. The buffet style breakfast was good with eggs made to order. The only downside was our shower head kept sliding down. When mentioned to the staff, they said they wouldn't be able to get a plumber out on the weekend. Small/less than stellar showers are quite normal in Europe, so it wasn't a deal-breaker by any means. Would recommend to anyone that can handle stairs.
