Grear dpa with thermal water, clean, amazing views, private at the edge of town. Restaurant closed as many of the properties in the area due to economic downturn , but doesn’t matter, many restaurants around

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The room was gorgeous and the location was perfect. The view from the balcony was spectacular and the pool was great.

It’s a wonderful experience, we’ll miss it!

A beautiful hotel with spacious rooms (with breathtaking mountain views) friendly staff, very comfortable beds and a sumptuous breakfast. We used the lovely spa after a long journey and enjoyed relaxing in the pools and the sauna. The next day we went for a superb snowshoe tour straight from the door. The staff let us keep our car in the garage and gave us a tea when we arrived even thought it was after 12pm checkout. Congratulations to the whole team for delivering a great stay in spite of pandemic.

The best hotel in Leukerbad, staff are probably the best of any hotel in Switzerland, food is excellent, thermal pools are brilliant and crystal clear clean.

Beautiful mineral baths/pools. Great massage options available and very kind masseuses. Room service was excellent. Dinner at the restaurant offered very interesting plates. Food at restaurant was 8/10. Food from the bar menu was more like 4/10. A bit bland. Restaurant buffet was lovely and was the option to order from the menu for breakfast at no additional cost. However, some guests were going to the buffet without masks on. When I asked the server about this, I was told that wearing a mask at the buffet was not required. This was surprising considering the current covid restrictions and the rule that guests are required to wear a mask on the premise of the hotel in public spaces. Room was large and spacious. Views were incredible. For a five star hotel, we felt very welcome with our family (and 6 year-old child); guests were also friendly and amicable.

I loved this hotel and the surrounding area. Can’t think of anything negative to say. Service, food, rooms and drinks were wonderful.

Good location , good service, free parking, good breakfast, friendly staff, clean room, hotel build before 1930 but look new , smells good ,and its on the top of mountain , my daughter and l love the swimming in hot water pool its big and fun...we enjoy Spa and sauna also we enjoy hiking i will stay again next time.

Beautiful mountain village experience. The gondola trip to the mountain top was fantastic. Great weekend getaway!

Wonderful place to stay

Excellent service, the front desk staff is friendly and helpful, the whole personnel is welcoming and attentive. The rooms are spacious with nice amenities. The only thing missing are some power outlets next to the bed to charge your devices. The water temperature of the mineral pools is great (really warm).

This is 100% the best place to stay in Leukerbad!!!

Just a totally wonderful getaway. Curteous staff, wonderful room, and a pool/spa that leaves you feeling completely refreshed.

From arriving to departing the service is exceptional. This is a beautiful hotel, full classic charm that is lacked by modern day establishments. The staff are totally committed to giving a first class service and the hotel is run by very experienced owners. Has garage facilities if you so desire and offers the most spectacular view to wake up to from your balcony. We would have no hesitation in returning again and would thoroughly recommend.

We only stayed for one night, but everything was fantastic and everyone was very helpful

Das Südzimmer mit Balkon war sehr geräumig und mit wunderschönem Bergblick. Der Aussenpool mit den Massagedüsen gefiel mir sehr gut, die Liegen waren leider unpraktisch, wir konnten fast nicht mehr aufstehen. Das Wasser war etwas zu warm für meinen Körper.
