clean and well equipped room fitness quite small, but nice sauna and whirpool

Unfortunately spa not open on Mondays, it was a shame as we did not know it is not open and we booked the hotel because of having spa facilities. Staff overall attentive, food is good. Interconnecting room is very convenient for family of 5.

Great hotel. Amazing view of Mountains. Nice setup. Only thing was the shower wasn't working properly in my room.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel again. Very friendly stuff, nice location, perfect for families.

I was a little sad because they prominently promote the pool in their pictures but it closes down after sept 30th but they had a spa and jacuzzi to help make up for it. What I liked was the breakfast, the dining area, the view (that I did pay extra for a view room and it was beautiful). The hotel clerk was very responsive to questions. The location was very close to a shopping/strolling area. It was easy to get to and easy to park.

Neat and clean hotel. Beautiful space and light. Not much vegetarian options as most of the food have some pork in them.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets. The staff were courteous and helpful.

It would be great, if the billiard table would be available after 08:00 pm.

It is by far one of the best family hotels I have ever stayed at! Fantastic and personable service with helpful and friendly staff. Impeccable cleanliness and amenities far surpassing most European hotels.

The newly renovated rooms are great, So is the new rooftop Spa but very tiny, since there's only one big jacuzzi, saunas, sadly there's no more pools. Shame that the wellness bar didn't operate at all. Buffet dinner main course selection was pretty limite though the meals were delicious. Nice hotel overall, yet there's a lot to improve.

Nice place for the price. Good facilities for kids. Good location. Old bar and wait staff are not that great - time to retire guys... Didn't get served for drinks at dinner in the restaurant, and then ignored at the bar.

The hotel is very nice and modern. We had a terrace view of the city that was well worth the upgrade. The restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner. We would recommend for a weekend getaway.

Best views of the city of Sopron. Upgraded, modern, comfy rooms. Very clean. Incredible Wellness-Loft with floor to ceiling glasses and incredible views from the Jacuzzi and sauna. Tasty breakfast. Walking distance to old-town, city-center and sites.

Great location. Hotels dated but I liked it

The workers were helpful and polite. Everything was clean, but dated. I was disappointed that the hotel was in the middle of construction (expanding) and it was very noisy. Buffet breakfast was wonderful. Food at dinner was very good with nice presentation. Service was good. I would recommend this hotel because there are not many to chose from in Sopron.

A very pleasant stay. The room was basic but very clean and comfortable, just a little on the old side. We enjoyed access to the hot pools, with towels and robes provided in the rooms. Very pleasant, and plentiful, buffet dinner was included in the half-board rate, with drinks extra at very reasonable prices. Breakfast also was very good, with great selections and well replenished. Service was efficient and friendly. Only real downside was that the curtains in the room were not "blackout" as stated in the room details, so the room was light very early.

Very nice hotel on the outskirts of town! The breakfast was very good. We had dinner in the restaurant two nights. One night we ordered from the menu and the second night they had a nice buffet. Rooms were spacious and very clean. We were traveling by train and you need a taxi to get to the hotel and attractions?

Nice hotel overlooking the old town, great location. Secured parking, never worried about the car. The front desk staff were very polite and efficient. Only hiccup was I had to wait until 2pm for my room (normal, I got there at 1pm) but then a to 2pm, they told me I had to wait another hour because of a plumbing problem. Stuff happens. Only complaint on the room is the handheld shower would shoot straight in your face when you put it in the holder, bracket was broken. The breakfast buffet in the morning was a nice variety and constantly restocked. The swimming pool was very nice and a small gym. Overall a very good experience and would stay there again.
