It’s extremely out of touch! The entire hotel is old and out of maintenance. Broken doors, bedrooms super dirty specially the mirrors, the AC never works. Lots of people by the front desk complaining about the AC for 3 days. The staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude and full of attitude. WASTE OF MONEY!!!

The hotel felt like I was at a resort very safe, very comfortable. I would recommend it for anyone.

An absolutely awful place to stay. The staff and views are stunning but EVERYTHING ELSE IS AWFUL.

Hace stayed at this hotel befare but for the first time, this time was placed on the road side and it was really noisy due to the traffic. I guess next time I’ll have to ask for a marina side room. Lesson learned.

Nice hotel, liked the staff needs a coat of paint but overall I would stay there again. Only negative really is the area you can’t walk outside of the hotel and would need a taxi to go to Beira Mar

Old, dirty, and ugly. This is a relic of a property and a most uncomfortable place to lay one’s head. Dirty, odd smells and questionable room appliances, this was a unique experience indeed.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel and staff were excellent. Very clean hotel, friendly staff, good food and nice pool area.

The staff seem competent and helpful. The hotel itself is fairly dated and worn. The room is spacious, the tear of time was quite obvious. We found the room to be a bit noisy from the traffic on the main road next to the hotel. We didn’t get to try the breakfast, as we left before breakfast time.

Ja tinha me hospedo no hotel mas essa fez se superam foi pessimo, timos que trocar de quarto 3 vezes por que os ar condicionado nao funciona na primeira noite que ficamos tivemos q dormir no calor pq saimos e chegamos muito tarde ai prefiromos dormir pq estamos cansado atendimento pessimos e muita demora para revoluções.

Todos os funcionários são muito gentis,educados e prestativos. O apartamento que nós ficamos era muito grande e tinha uma vista maravilhosa para o Mar. O Café da Manhã é muito bom. Tem muita variedade. Recomendo com certeza.

Tivemos a necessidade de trocar de quarto duas vezes em razão de problemas com o ar-condicionado, mas a equipe foi bastante solícita e atenciosa na resolução do problema. A localização é boa. A piscina é ótima.

Bem decepcionado com a estadia. Condições precárias no hotel como todo, o ar condicionado deu problema, problemas na fechadura todos os dias, troquei de quarto e por engano do hotel várias pessoas entraram no meu quarto enquanto dormia. Café da manhã mediano e incompleto (omelete e tapioca não estavam disponíveis logo cedo)
