After the initial nine hours, when I realized that there was no security for my passport, credit cards, cash and computer, I left the hotel and never returned. Therefore, this visit (which I added and paid for before arriving in Fortaleza) actually never happened. The first visit was for the dates of January 4-7, 2020, which barely happened, and this one was for the dates of January 7-9, 2020, when I had no reason to return there, as the service was beyond unacceptable.

I paid for three days from January 4, 2020 to the morning of the seventh, but because I had a night flight from Rio de Janeiro, I actually arrived at 3:00 am on January 5. And because I had not yet seen the conditions of the place, I also booked and paid for two more days, as I was leaving on the 9th. When I checked in and went to my room I found that the old-style safe was missing the part with the key; therefore, it was not safe to leave my passport, credit cards, computer, cash, etc.

Receptionists very rude. Never reply when I SAY GOOD MORNING. Recepcionistas mal educadas com cara feia.

Felt like a 'family' run hotel: friendly, amenable, comforting; Pool modest size but good access and quiet, Breakfast good access times, and plentiful, good selection of fruits especially; Rooms spacious, air-conditioned, with en-suite bathroom

The hotel is fine for the price and it's close to the beach. Not very much going on beside that. It's old, but they were remodeling while we were there. The rooms are HUGE and very well lit.

Acomodações modestas, mas espaçosas, limpas, padronizadas, ótimo pelo custo-benefício, café da manhã com tempo ótimo para refeições e bem localizado também.

Quarto com cheiro muito forte de tinta que chegou a dar dirnde cabeça. E TV que não funciona nehum, mas nenhum canal. Só não foi pior pq a cama é boa e o cafe da manhã é mediano.

Café da manhã, poucas variedades. Quarto não dispunha de manta ou cobertor, e ao solicitar tantas recomendações que parecia que iamos furtar uma coberta que faz parte da hotelaria. Como assim ? Enfim fica minha indignação! Funcionários mal treinados e ou seguindo regras desnecessárias.

O pessoal do café da manhã simplesmente ótimos, cafe simples só que bem preparado

Nao entendi algumas avaliações negativas vista aqui, pois a minha experiência foi otima fiquei dia 25, 26 e sai 27 mes de fevereiro 2026, e gostei bastante, quarto limpo banheiro bom vista boa, boa localização pra andar a noite, facil de achar carro de aplicativo, cafe da manha bom, so acho q devia ter mais opções tipo tapioca, frango, etc, mais tirando isso gostei bastante. Voltarei a me osperdar neste hotel...

Quarto sujo com mal cheiro, móveis muito velho, atendimento na recepção na hora do checki horrível, chuveiro dado choque.

Quarto com o chuveiro dando choque, foi trocado de quarto, porém, rinha vazamento de água pelo ar e molhava olpra dentro, não houve manutenção.
