Clean and surprisingly large room, with a spacious closet and bathroom. My room happened to have a window to the inside courtyard. Front desk staff/owner is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and generous. Property located right at the central plaza - cannot be more convenient!

A charming little city like many others high on a hill. On our itinerary due to its reputation. Not disappointing but maybe a little overrated.

The hotel is in the plaza de la Cisterna, very large room and bathroom, the views to the country side from our room was fantastic. Everything is so close cafes, restaurants, shops. Points of interest. The staff is really nice and polite. Breakfast was good. Totally recommend the hotel.

Phenomenal location at the heart of San Gimignano

Excellent hotel but was a bit challenging to get to due to surrounding areas. Staff was excellent, check in was friendly. Super helpful

Very beautiful spot in the heart of San Gimignano. Room was clean with all comforts. Staff has been very friendly and accommodating. To get here was a challenge and a bit difficult (use Google maps - Waze wouldn’t get us here) but it’s a lovely place to stay.

Wonderful!! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great location. Made San Gimignano a very special experience. Near excellent restaurants and all the major sites. Exceptional buffet breakfast served either indoors or on a huge outdoor terrace. Highly recommended.

Great location and excellent communication about where to park, breakfast was delicious, the rooms are very quiet and the terrace was a nice treat but the beds are so firm that we struggled to sleep, additionally the pillows are not great and very little in the way of blankets, a sheet and a very thin, rough bed cover. While the hotel is great, the lack of comfort would prevent us from returning

Beautiful hotel right in the main square. Conveniently located so you are able to walk anywhere. Parking is outside the walled city but easy to get too. We had a valley view hotel and I highly recommend. Breakfast was on a beautiful indoor outdoor terrace.
