Gorgeous space. The inside of the hotel has to be beautiful ~ it is on a switchback and there is no outdoor area. Just in front of the hotel are a bunch of recycling bins which are ugly. The staff and service was excellent. Breakfast amazing. The room was too hot; the bed was pretty hard. Thankfully had good pillows. Overall I liked my stay. I wish I could have slept better.

Fantastic level of service across the board from desk, dining and ski room. Great location for access to skiing. A rethink of the downstairs area would free up more space for a bar area - quite a lot of the downstairs space wasn't used much, if at all, by guests.

Incredible service throughout our stay: drop off at the ski lifts, taking care of ski gear upon arrival, restaurant bookings. Great location and family friendly.

L’hôtel est très beau de l’extérieur mais l’intérieur n’est vraiment pas digne d’un 5*. Tout est vieillot et nécessiterait une bonne rénovation. Quelques toiles d’araignées dans la chambre. Des matelas peu confortables. Des chambres pas du tout insonorisées . Amenities disponibles seules sur demande. Tout est prévu à l’économie. Seul point positif :le buffet du petit-déjeuner qui est d’assez bonne qualité et varié bien que pas très fin pour un hôtel censé être de ce niveau. Pour ce prix là vous pouvez vraiment trouver beaucoup mieux à Baqueira .

La chambre qui nous avez été attribuée n'avait qu'un seul vélux dans le toit bloqué par 80 cm de neige , résultat on s'est trouvé dans le noir. Le changement de chambre a été possible et rapide. On peut craindre que les clients qui passent par une agence et non pas directement par l'hôtel aient une chambre de moindre confort ...

Amazing place to stay in Baqueira. First of all - fantastic service provided at the hotel by the staff at the reception, restaurant, rent-a-ski. The hotel navette easily takes you to the ski lift that is only 2 minutes drive from the hotel and picks you up at the same place after you have enjoyed your skiing day. Comfortable rooms. Good food at the restaurant. There is a small swimming pool and sauna to relax. The hotel is located a bit far from the main town but to be honest - there is not much to do in the town itself. Be prepared to drive if you want to dine at a restaurant in another town as there are not many good restaurants in Baqueira

Sehr gastfreundschaftliches, entspanntes Hotel. Hat uns als Familie sehr gut gefallen und wir hatten sehr viel Freude in behaglicher Atmosphäre. Das Personal war außergwöhnlich freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend, sehr guter Service auch auf den Zimmern. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Grym service, läge och nära skidbacken. Bra med parkering. Ganska omoderna rum. Barn på spa och i poolen. Bra frukost.
