Had a really nice outdoor pool and chair area to hang out. Close to town and walkable to many different restaurants and stores

i need to know how do i get a rewfund and i did not stay at the hotel my room was so dirty and i can not have got a hold of you need help !!!!!

A positive experience overall

Lovely views of the Sea, sumptuous sunbed loungers. Food good and reasonable prices. One drawback is there the steep steps from the pool to the top and no lifts, however the Staff take the cases on arrival and departure. Very friendly Staff.

Without doubt one of the best accommodation I have stayed in. Nice and comfortable, extremely friendly and helpful staff who make you feel welcome and cannot do enough for you. Reception and management do everything to ensure you are comfortable, cared for and happy. Would highly recommend this complex to anyone.

Did not like the steps with no elevator, but it would not keep us from going back. The walk up and down the hill to town was rough, but doable and good exercise. However, the hotel offers free shuttle service several times a day and taxis are easily accessible if you’re not feeling the walk. There is a shop with friendly owner at the top of the stairs and plenty of great restaurants a stone’s throw from the top of the steps. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. The view is incredible and there are plenty of things to do.

so we arrived late at about 00:00 and check-in is 24hrs and we were greeted nicely at the front and our bags were taken from us to take through a van down the slope towards our room- what's so cute is the fact that there was a little shop opposite the hotel that specifically stayed open for us upon the hotel's request for us t get water and snacks even though his closing time was half an hour ago the property is so much prettier in person I didn't want to leave! the property also has a free shuttle bus at 11 am, 3 pm, 6 pm to and from the main road which is a very steep 20min walk or 5min bus service which was convenient staff were very friendly and helpful the area is very quiet calm and peaceful and the resort in itself has many aesthetic photo ops! don't think I would say its convenient though for people with mobility issues or the elderly- has a lot of steps or a very steep slope breakfast was tasty and good variety room sizes are very big good for families i would recommend booking the garden/duplex rooms! lots of cats in and around the property

Clean property with nice pool and amenities, about 1km away from Hersinosis seafront and busy night life. Located on a hillside, within Asterias Village Resort there are lots of steps. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Only stayed for two nights, wish it was a lot longer now. Staff so friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and safety was first class. Totally recommend this hotel.

Disappointed that you were not allowed own drinks or snacks by the pool. The €10 deposit for pool towel was excessive.

Good value, decent breakfast. Pool and pool area was spotless. Room clean and everything worked. Decent hotel.

Very friendly staff and excellent facilities for the whole family. Well maintained with good standard of cleanliness. Restaurant food was reasonable and very good value for money. Only negative comment was the 62 steps as my wife had an ankle injury and found it vary difficult to get up and down.

The property is in a fantastic location. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Good facilities.

Great accommodation, fantastic location

Nice, fairly basic resort. Staff were excellent, location is good and breakfast pretty decent for 'continental'. Lots of steps if you're at the bottom of the resort but no problem for us. The accomodation is very basic and a little outdated but spacious enough. Wifi was terrible but didn't impact our break.

Lovely facilities and all staff are very friendly. From reviews and talking to other guests - many come back 2 or 3 times which tells you all you need to know. Perfect for several good quality and friendly restaurants. Supermarket across the road and 20 min walk to vibrant beach front town.

Couldn’t fault it. Central location and excellent value for money

spacious clean apartment with great coastal views from the balcony.We had great wifi in the room a safe and airconditioning all included at no extra cost, unusual in my experience abroad but great pr for Asterias and a pull for us to go there again if we go to crete.
