My room with a lovely balcony overlooking Ave XX Settembre exceeded my expectations. Because of the double paned glass in the very tall doors, there was no street noise. My room was was spacious and most delightful. The hotel staff was the best!

Lovely property with friendly staff and a good continental breakfast spread. The aircon doesn’t work, so don’t expect a cool fresh room in a warm, sunny day!

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Bel Soggiorno. The room was very clean and the location was just great. Just 7 minutes walking distance from the train station. The breakfast each morning was really good as well.

Super hard to find this hotel. From the street you have to go up stairs with all your luggage then figure out that you have to take an elevator up to the hotel. No markings or directions. The prepaid breakfast is not worth the money. Coffee juice and tea with some rolls.

Breakfasts basic, first day had to wait for tables, didn't get a plate staff were overwhelmed other days better. Noisy building work started in shared building at 08:15 every day.. Shower very small and temperature uncontrollable. Hotel in shared building with doorbell access after 18:00. Well located on main shopping street near city centre.

the location is perfect. the best street of the Genoa. Although the rooms facing the street are filled with the street noise, when windows are open. very convenient for transportation. only 8 minutes walk to major train station.

The stuff were nice. The bathroom needs more privacy specially in the night. Good location!

Rarely write reviews for hotel stays, but this is easily 4 or 5 star quality. Great renovated rooms. Great service, very accomodating. Did not hesitate to rebook for a second night.

Hotel in decent location. Looks to be recently renovated. Breakfast was a disaster. Only 9 tables setup in breakfast area. Had to queue alongside 4 other groups to wait for a table. When we got a table, we had to sit for a few mins until a staff member came across to clear it and clean with a handheld hoover. At that point we realised that the wait was not worth it as the breakfast was very basic, one of the worst we've had travelling across Italy over the last few years. Based on this experience, we skipped the hotel breakfast on the second day

We loved our room which had a balcony over looking XXSettembre. Providing us a Birds Eye view of the victory parade for the local soccer team on Saturday. The hotel sported a central caged in elevator with all the old world charm, and the staff was attentive to our needs. Very spacious room with high ceilings.

Remodelled. Very modern inside. Nice large clean room. Drove into Genova. Parking is an absolute nightmare. Don’t recommend doing it , however person at reception kindly helped us navigate the issue to safe us money. Download EASYPARK APP if you plan to drive. Hotel is located in heart of shopping district 👍 but on Sunday night everything is closed including the restaurants👎

The hotel was better than I expected, everything is new and clean, very friendly staff, good location, nice breakfast, quite hotel, would stay again and recommend to anyone
