The staff were very friendly and very helpful to us, when we missed the bus, the staff helped us find a car to catch the bus 😄

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked for help several times regarding transportation.

the hotel staff is very friendly, we arrived at the hotel early in the morning before check in time and were allowed to store our suitcases at the reception. The location is very strategic with public transportation. To Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar are close and can be reached on foot. The homey atmosphere feels like home. If going to Türkiye will return to this hotel.
