Friendly and helpful receptionist. Very beautiful spacious room. Bathroom is open concept with see through glass door. We wonder if people from opposite buildings can see us showering 😂 Otherwise, it is a great hotel with a very good restaurant for dinner and the fortress is within walkable distance.

Beautifully renovated with every room having its own theme. Restaurants were fabulous - probably on the more pricey side but food was great. Breakfast was included and had great choices of hot and cold options. 5 minutes walk from the train station and buses to lots of places within 2-5 minutes walk. Ski bus goes once a day to Soll in the morning and returns in the evening.

At Christmastime, hotel was too cold and so small! Room and bath too cramped and tiny and uncomfortable and too chilly for senior citizens. Food in small restaurant was expensive and not great quality or much choice; waitresses did not speak English.

Wow this is a hidden gem. We had India room which was fully decorated like we were in India. Great beds, small but good bathroom. Dinner outside was perfect and breakfast too. In middel of center with nice shops. Only small issue, bar was a gin bar ...but you could order beers in restaurant

Love this hotel the staff are great the breakfast mazing, big shout out to Olivera, a credit to the the establishment. So helpfull.

The Hotel is absolutely amazing, in a fantastic location in the old part of town, with beautiful rooms, amazing breakfast, and super friendly staff! We had a great time and will definitely come back!

Awesome location, great balcony view room on the river, breakfast was varied and plentiful and really good also! Room was a decorated nicely and great shower pressure in the bathroom! Always a treat while traveling. Oldest Gin bar is right across the street in a cave like establishment. Nice local treat .. as well as a few good restaurants right next door.

This hotel is exceptional from top to bottom. All the quirky details are so fun and the staff is impeccable. Make sure to visit the restaurant as it is superb.

Lovely fun hotel, lots of little fun touches in the room. great location, the breakfast is amazing, the guy serving is lovely and the food is so tasty. the gin bar lives up to his world class rating... the hotel said it is installing AC, it needs it badly, we were there in a heatwave and our room was unbearable. no fans available, the hotel needs to at least invest in some fans.. great hotel but we would have been better sleeping in the car as it was so hot in the room.

Located on a very narrow medieval street below Kufstein Castle. Get a balcony overlooking the river. Great hotel! Close by parking.

totally renovated in 2017. It's a true boutique hotel with each room being different with its own geographical theme. In Guiness book of world records for offering more varieties of gin (571) for sale than any establishment in the world. Speakeasy bar is quite unique. Balcony room overlooking the river can't be beat. Great breakfast buffet and plenty of nice cafes within one or two minute walk.
