The pool terrace was closed which was very unfortunate as the children wanted to swim. I had room 411 which was very spacious, bed was comfortable no complaints apart from it not having coffee facilities. However, we were part of a larger groups who stated our room was much nicer than there’s.

The room was overall very clean, except the plastic rim of the shower door was full of mold. I brought it to the attention of the reception desk, where they proceeded to take a picture of the picture I had taken, and I assumed it would be cleaned that same day. I stayed there about five days and it was never cleaned.

Clean room

Good size room , very clean. Beds made on a daily basis with clean towels. Room lacked Tea/Coffee facilities otherwise perfect.

Stayed a few times now and is very good for the money

Beautiful hotel

I liked everything! Safe area, nice area, super friendly staff and accomodating to my needs and schedules. Great restaurant for all your meals. Different menu and delicious options for lunch every day. Walking distance to main attractions and restaurants. Churches and museums 5 minutes walk. Excellent location. I will definitely come back!

Great location with shops and restaurants nearby. Public transport was also very easy to catch as there was metro and bus station around. The hotel also has a restaurant above if you need to dine in. The only problem we had was getting an iron seemed to be a problem but overall the stay was great.

Maybe the pool times could be longer so the adults who don’t have kids can enjoy it in peace once in a while

Decent enough

For the amount of money they charge, this place should be about twice as good as it is, it is comfy but should be upscale and it is definitely not, creaky bed, faulty lights, mouldy fridge, faulty safe, dull reception. Sabadell is flat out mega boring with little to do, so prices should be adjusted accordingly.

Was my very first trip to Spain and I thoroughly enjoyed it!! The hotel was very clean and staff were very accommodating as I speak barely any spanish(only know a few words). It was very clean as well!!

Wonderful cafe on first floor. It is a large building with a lot of stone hallways with interesting artworks hanging on the walls. However during the winter the temperatures inside are very chilly because they do not heat the hallways, and my room temperature was 63 degrees, so I had to keep running the small wall heater all day and night to get up to 69 degrees to sleep.

The roof bar was great with views over Sabbadell. The pool, although was very small was really refreshing.

All the staff, yes ALL the staff was very friendly, the stay was very pleasant.
