Amazing staff, room comfortable, spa really nice.

Nice hotel. Decent location. Town had a hike-able wine trail, although only 1 winery was open out of 6.

The value of the hotel is good enough to choose. It was clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was pretty good. Be sure to visit the nearby Romberg Castle.

Very clean hotel in excellent location. Rooms are new and clean with A/C and large TVs. Fast wifi. Spa is excellent- with hot tub, 4 saunas and various procedures at reasonable prices. Free parking at a parking lot just across the hotel. Food at the restaurant was excellent. Overall, highly recommend hotel.

Stayed only one night but I was very happy with the hotel. It was the perfect location for when you are driving through Europe and you are trying to avoid the big cities.

I got the shock of my life when I arrived at this hotel and they told me they didn't have a room for me. They looked at my reservation. Shrugged. And that was it. No apology, no helping me find another hotel, just "sorry, you're on your own" - in rural CZ. Eventually after two hours, hotels.com finally made contact and they managed to switch a few people around to free up the room I had reserved. Hotels.com issued me with a fifty pounds voucher to as a gesture of good will. But these were two hours I wanted to sleep before a party and I was embarrassed not to be able to offer my girlfriend a room to relax in and get ready. We were given a twin not the double that we had booked. It was clean.

Se sužbami hotelu jsme byli opět velmi spokojeni. Byli jsme na kole - doporučujeme zlepšit podmínky pro uložení kol. Malý prostor pro mnoho uložených kol.

Již druhý pobyt v tomto hotelu. Využili jsme služeb masera, wellness, restaurace a vše naprosto bez problemu. Spokojenost. Jídlo v restauraci velice chutné, žádné dlouhé čekání.

Velmi příjemná obsluha na recepci, stejně tak v restauraci. Na pokoji je i křeslo - ideální na čtení. Kvalitní nevrzající postele. Na pokoji malá lednička.

Très belle chambre mais : le personnel ne parle pas anglais, seul 20% de la carte est disponible (au restaurant), demande acceptée d'un panier petit déj non honorée, très rigide sur les horaires du spa.

Kongresový hotel, nejlepší časy má však již za sebou. Vhodné pouze na jednu noc. V okolí není vůbec nic, pouze hlavní rušná silnice. Pro turistiku nevhodné. Jídlo průměrné.
