If you’re looking for a lovely spot in the heart of the New Forest, this is definitely one to try. Although it’s located on the A36, once you’re inside the property the road noise disappears completely. We stayed in the Nomansland Suite, which was perfect for our four-day stay. It included a comfortable double bed, bathroom, fridge, and kettle, and the room was cleaned daily. The host who greeted us was very friendly and suggested lots of great things to do nearby, which was really helpful. There’s plenty to do in the area, whether it’s a walk to the local pub or a short trip to the beach. The views are beautiful and really add to the experience. Highly recommend this place for a short getaway.

Room was very clean and well stocked with hot drink materials. A vending machine in the lobby for soft drinks, crisps, chocolates and pot snacks.

Room was warm, clean, bed comfortable, shower effective, every thing we needed was there with a very competitive price. A broken bathroom floor tile which is dangerously sharp needs replacing urgently, otherwise, all good 👍

Lovely clean and spacious room and a good location for us. Staff were welcoming and it was easy to come and go. Only downside was that the road was a bit noisy in the morning.

A lovely comfortable room with everything you could need for a stay away from home. Top marks for special touches like the in-room fridge, iron/board, and bathroom accessories. Only a short walk away from breakfast, evening meals and a drink.

Room was good size as well looked after with a large bathroom. Downsides: Mould around bath tube. Lots of noise on top floor upon me during the whole night.that unfortunately didn’t allow me to sleep..

Staff were helpful and friendly, room clean and tidy with all that’s needed for overnight stays , tea and coffee making facilities, plus dog could stay with us in room .

Everything when we arrived late was explained via email and made it easy to get in and when we left it was faultless for the money we will come again definitely
