Very helpful, friendly staff. Room (superior) was a really good size. A second day chair would be good! Bathroom clean and a good size. Bed comfy. There are sitting rooms, we used one each night and had it all to ourselves. Breakfast simple but everything you would expect for a continental breakfast. Some cut fruit or berries would have been good. However coffee was fab! Garden lovely though there is traffic noise. The view is spectacular! The pool looked really clean and had a good range of loungers. Reception staff were really helpful with advice about where to visit and when. We loved this hotel!

Villa Giorgio is a nice hotel. The pros: scenery is wonderful, the food was good, the staff were pleasant and helpful and it was clean. The cons, our room was literally facing the street and the noise from traffic interrupted sleep both nights there so I felt tired for my time there, there is no irons in the room and none available at reception (I ran the hot tap in the shower for ages to get creases out instead of paying €5 per item: probably at more of a cost for the hotel) and no water or tea/coffee in the bedroom.

For the hotel itself I have not much objection, only what is not my will is what is very close to the road. The breakfast could be a bit more varied. Definitely looking for a room overlooking the Pistoia ... Staff and hotel condition great

Nice reception, friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent and, again, the waiter was empathetic.the vue of Pistoia is lovely. The room was cold and the air conditioner didn't work.

Friendly, quiet hotel in the hills. Relaxing pool area, great quality food in restaurant at very reasonable prices. Good english spoken very helpful reception staff. Only reason for not full marks is lack of room service, limited facilities. But these weren't expected to be fair. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Fantastic atmosphere and quality at dinner. A little more standard at breakfast. Poor English skills from the receptionist. She didn’t really understand that we had a problem in our room.(Our neighbor keep smoking in his bathroom, so our bathroom was also stinking of cigarettes) The pool area is very clean and nice to visit, but the traffic around is a little noisy.

So ein tolles Hotel die 3 Sterne sind untertrieben alles super sauber ,schöne Einrichtung und super Badezimmer mit Echtglasdusche tolles Frühstück und sehr gutes Restaurant,freundliches Personal ,Außenanlagen sehr gepflegt 👍👍👍👍wir kommen wieder

Zeer prettig verblijf gehad, vriendelijk personeel, kamers worden goed verzorgd. Ontbijt goed. Parkeerplek voor auto ruim voldoende aanwezig. Avondeten restaurant van zeer goede kwaliteit - alleen dinerkaart vrij klein. Enige minpunt - zwembad vrij klein en voor ons te ondiep.

Location splendida, immersa nelle colline del pistoiese. Struttura moderna ma allo stesso tempo retrò, bella la piscina e la sala colazione. Ottime le camere buona la colazione

albergo simpatico,elegante, pulito,con buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.L'unico svantaggio è che si trova praticamente su una strada discretamente trafficata e un po' lontano dal centro città.
