Very nice hotel!

A very nice hotel in a nice location. We had a restful sleep in a nice room. Easy parking. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Great bar and restaurant area and a great breakfast. Great selection of cocktails and local Cremants. The spa massages were great as well as the pool and sauna. The only small, tiny improvement would be a hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

Only stayed for one night. Great hotel, close to Colmar.

Hotel near town, but set back so quiet, able to sleep with window open. Pool (and spa?) included in price, but never got round to using them! Hotel is expensive for 3 stars, but maybe because there's not a lot of choice around Munster. Rooms look to have been recently renovated. Dinner was extortionate (looking at the menu) we ate in town. Overall, can recommend.

The staff was exceptional. Breakfast was good. The room was very large for my family of four. The beds were average comfort-comparable to other European hotels. Slightly older but clean. We didn't get a chance to use pool but it looked nice. We enjoyed the park out back and loved visiting the Catholic Church and Christmas Market. It was a beautiful small town with a short ten minute drive the the larger and also beautiful Colmar.

Broadly speaking the hotel is fine, but it is very large and therefore you do feel like you are staying in a factory. There is less courtesy as you are one of hundreds. This is really apparent at breakfast - the one day we took breakfast there were so many people milling around that it was just chaotic: no cutlery to find becuase they couldnt replenish it quickly enough, tureens of warm food completely empty for the last forty minutes of serving, etc. so you just feel like a bit like you are taken for granted. So we avoided breakfast the other days and went into town instead! Munster itself is pleasant and a great gateway to Alsace; beware that you will find it hard to eat there after about 9pm as restaurants are in short supply and seem to close early so book if you possibly can.

Très heureux d'avoir fait la découverte de votre établissement : très bien tenu et fort bien décoré, personnels prévenants, admirablement situé presqu"au cœur de la ville. J'ai particulièrement savouré la proximité de la Fecht aux heures très chaudes. Mon temps de piscine en fin d'après-midi aurait été encore plus bénéfique si l'eau avait été un peu moins chaude. J'ai vraiment aimé ce spa et ses fresques murales. Que dire du buffet +++ du matin et des très fins menus du soir !! Nous reviendrons, c'est absolument certain.

Il posto è bello, la struttura è ben tenuta e immersa nel verde. All'arrivo alla reception il personale pretendeva un deposito cauzionale di 100 euro, da trattenere sulla carta di pagamento del cliente a garanzia di eventuali furti o danni che si fossero verificati, ma la cosa inaccettabile era che la somma sarebbe stata sbloccata solo dopo la partenza dell'ospite, durante la giornata, dopo i dovuti controlli. Loro non si fidano dei clienti, ma pretendono che i clienti devono fidarsi di loro.

Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden und Frühstück üppig und frisch. Zentrale Lage im recht überschaubaren Ort. Schwimmingpool(s) überraschend groß und warm.

Fint hotel, dog tydeligt at der har Nogle år på bagen. Pænt og rent. Restauranten på hotellet var ok, uden at være noget særligt selvom de prøver at få den til at fremstå som noget exceptionelt. Generelt en god oplevelse og vi kommer gerne tilbage. Personalet er super søde og meget imødekommende.

Hôtel charmant avec un personnel accueillant et souriant. L’établissement est propre et dispose d’un très bon restaurant. Le spa et le hammam sont un peu petits, mais cela reste agréable lorsqu’il n’y a pas trop d’affluence.

Le service de la chambre était tardive, au courant de l'après-midi

Hotel tres sympa et bien equipe, a deux pas du centre ville. L’espace balnéo est un plus.

L'hôtel est parfait avec un +++ pour le restaurant gastronomique (et le petit déjeuner), la piscine/spa (2 bassin, jacuzzy, hammam, sauna, espaces repos avec transats) et la proximité de la ville de Munster (10' à pieds)

La chambre était propre et le personnel est agréable.
