Amazing time as always. A little dissapointed by the menu at Minamo. Other than that We enjoyed the stay.

It seemed that this place were superb 5 years ago but now it is rather worn and many details are not of best standard. However, we enjoyed a fantastic dinner. Breakfast was not top quality, though. Front desk were absolutely not very informative about how and what to do in order to use the offers and facilities.

The spa facilities are top-notch and truly the highlight of this property. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the food. We had dinner at the main restaurant, Minamo, and it was one of the worst meals I've had in recent memory. The restaurant felt more like a large banquet hall than a fine dining venue, and it was clearly understaffed. After that experience, we canceled our sushi dinner reservation and chose to eat elsewhere. In my opinion, this is an excellent destination for a day trip. Come for the outstanding spa, then leave. I wouldn't recommend staying overnight or dining at the hotel.

Authentic Japanese spa experience, and such a wonderful experience. Comfy beddings, and blacked out curtains to help sleeping better. Wonderful staffs, bartenders at cocktail bar and restaurant. Enjoyed big selections of breakfast and lunch there. The cave and bubble hot springs were enjoyed most.

I felt like I was in prison. The hotel is in the middle of no where. You have to depend on them for food and drinks. Every time I asked for food or drink I had to pull a favour from the staff, nothing that they do is their job it is always you requesting and they can refuse. Very understaffed and snobby. I had to beg multiple staff members to make me coffee in the morning. They keep telling me to take coffee from a horrible smelling auto coffee machine that they have. I tried to talk to the manager. She talked down back at me that I need to respect that the staff is busy and should use the smelly machine. I felt I was back at school scolded by the headmaster. Regarding room cleaning some days they wont clean the room. The service is very variable from day to day. The floors are dusty and never mopped. Everyone who works there has an attitude and they never do their job. One time I was at the bar and asked for a drink, the bar tender while playing on his phone just gestured with his hands to go to reception as he doesnt do drinks.

Expected more on all accounts given how they position themselves.

The new spa policy allowing noise doesn’t align with my taste, and the tranquility that once defined the Yasuragi experience is no longer there. Sorry to say, but I will not be a guest again if this new policy is not changed.

We really enjoyed the pools. We wish there was something like this in the US. Sweden is so wonderful. It’s so much more peaceful than here. If you haven’t tried Yasurgi, you have to visit!

Beautifull place. I love the spa and the classes.

It was a cousy view, with forest outside but not so thick; You could see bigger glimpses of the ocean. The staff was great, facility good, only things were that it was a little bit could when walking barefoot (in slippers) all day + that the Dojo could be a bit more sound proof. Overall a very positive experience and I will visit Yasuragi again.

The spa experience was absolutely fantastic and lived up to the reputation. However, the room was quite cold during my stay; even with the thermostat set to the maximum, it didn't warm up. Everything else was great, but I hope they can look into the heating!

We had a lovely stay as usually! We love this place. We got engaged here and now we celebrated our marriage here. It’s just magical and I love that it’s not so hardcore on the cleansing thing.

Such a beautiful place just an island hop away from Stockholm.

We had a great stay although service could be better. The resort is kept in great condition and everything feel nice and clean. Food was great although 2 out of 3 restaurants were closed for summer, which was a bit sad. We stayed two nights and would have been nice to try another restaurant for the second evening. The spa is very nice and clean with a great selection, never felt too busy either. We will be back for sure.
