Very pleasant experience and accomodating! I had issues walking with my broken foot and we were able to get in and out without any issues. The tables and sink fits wheel chairs and the shower had a seat for me so I don’t fall.

The digital check in does not work. We did the digital check in on the app and were still asked to visit the front desk for ID. Then the front desk asked for a credit card for the room incidentals when I already inputed this information in the app. Frustrating! The digital key never worked but the check out did. The bed was really firm and low to the ground since they gave us a handicapp accessible room. We always stay here but dissapointed about the bed and breakfast.

Nice clean room, night manager was excellent when we checked in late. Only strange thing is the maid didn't clean our room when we left for the day. She did put the "Do not disturb sign" to make it look like there was a reason it wasn't clean.

The only problem we had was check-in. The gentleman took a long time over 30 minutes to take care of us and two other people could not use the hot tub that much. There was a gentleman in it drinking beers creeper we felt uncomfortable. We stood for five minutes and left. Everything else is pretty good.

I booked a stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Hartford/Farmington through Expedia to visit my cousin and celebrate her 3-year-old son’s birthday. After a 2-hour drive with my family, we arrived to a dismissive front desk staff member. I signed a “no parties” agreement, yet the lobby was full of guests with pizza, drinks, and coolers—clearly a party. Later, I ordered a small cake, balloons, and utensils via Instacart. I called to notify the front desk and was immediately yelled at: no balloons or cake allowed. We agreed to take the balloons home and keep things simple. When my cousin picked up the delivery, the staff went through the bags and accused us of violating the contract, threatening fines. Despite trying to clarify we just wanted to sing happy birthday with four kids, they escalated and called the police. The officers were kind and understood, but recommended we leave. We didn’t stay the night, didn’t eat the cake, and had to move hotels after 10 PM with wet, confused kids. No refund was given. Meanwhile, large groups in the lobby were allowed to celebrate openly. When I called later for staff names, I was hung up on. Expedia was told we “had a party” and denied a refund. This was a heartbreaking, disrespectful experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

This was a very comfortable hotel. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition as was the laundry facility we used. The room was clean, the breakfast was decent, and overall we enjoyed our stay and would come again.

I was disappointed that the front desk person wasn’t able to extend my checkout. We had a later flight and it would have been very helpful to leave later.
