Great design of the hotel. Very convenient location. Our room was on the ground floor and was a bit noisy when trying to sleep. Good breakfast options. Many pools to choose from but people put out towels early.

Preis-Leistung vom Hotel ist übertrieben. Frühstück wie Avocado, cornflakes, alpro youghurt immer Leer und nicht mehr verfügbar. Wer die Insel erkunden will ist falsch hier. Hotel hat wenig zu bieten. Für das Geld lieber All-Inclusiv in der Türkei

Great resort with friendly staff

Feels like you’re entering a White Lotus set. Check-in was seamless, welcome drink upon arrival and you immediately get a gorgeous earthy scent throughout the hotel. Rooms are spacious and well laid out. Several pools to take in the sun. Only recommendation would be to transform 1 or 2 of the pools to adults only.

The grounds and buildings are stunning but the service isn't close to 5 star. Rude reception and bar staff, long waits for service, constantly broken elevators and broken pool tiles that cut your feet - definitely not worth the money.

Room spotless as was the entire complex. Food lovely and plenty of it. Good selection. Pools lovely and plenty of beds. All staff great. Nothing a problem. Will definately be back

Only downside was the two single beds pushed together and the rooms are a bit dark

A great place for a family treat holiday. We booked a junior suite and didn’t realise that gave us access to the Unique programme - with perks like a la carte breakfast, access to VIP lounge with free drinks and snacks and Clarins toiletries amongst much more. The staff were warm and friendly and we had an amazing stay.

The Professional approach , friendliness , and attention to detail , of all Staff from first Greeting by Agnieszka front of House, the Restaurants, pool guards , cleaning staff , all fabulous , fantastic holiday . People with good vibes for Kids and Adults all catered for Thank you so much. What's not too like ? Nada , All good

Vuelvo cada año, varias veces por una única razón, sus piscinas. He recomendando en varias ocasiones este hotel a familiares y amigos y creo que no volveré a hacerlo por varias razones : 1. El servicio de desayunos no está para nada a la altura de un hotel 5 estrellas. Servicio desagradable, escasez de productos y oscuridad 2. Experiencia de check-in nefasta, terriblemente lenta y staff poco detallista 3. Es un hotel para niños , si esto no te importa o es lo que buscas está bien. Asimismo he notado el hotel más descuidado Ie otras veces. Mi habitación no tenía kettle. En definitiva , lo único por lo que escogería este hotel es las piscinas. Los otros Lopesan de Meloneras le superan en cuanto al resto calidad precio

Definitely not a 5 star resort. Great theming in the most part, but all of the water was out of the lakes and rivers which put a massive dampener on the experience. They were working on fixing the issue while we were there with petrol cutters creating an huge amount on noise. The staff in the restaurant were friendly, but several times when we asked for basic help (extra towels and directions for bus stop) we were met with rolled eyes and an attitude which showed they felt us a nuisance. Pools are really good, but standard situation where people were leaving their towels on beds so made it impossible to find a spot on the first few days. The hotel did try and fix this but putting notes out. Food was ok, we found any meat cooked on the griddle was poor, in some cases inedible. Beef was very tough and fish teeming with bones. Worst problem was despite us asking on 3 separate occasions for interconnecting rooms; on booking, by email and on checkin. Only when we arrived did we find that it’s not possible due to us being a party of 6, the only interconnecting rooms they have are for 2 people per room max. With 4 children, If we’d have know this we wouldn’t have chosen this resort. I am generally a happy traveller and seldom complain, I tend to get on with things and make the most of every situation. So it aggrieves me to write this review. There were good parts to this holiday of course, but I definitely wouldn’t stay here again nor recommend it.

So spacious! So many things to do around the property where you rarely need to take a cab to go anywhere else.

The resort wasn't very nice I was however disappointed that the water was out of all the water features around the property. We were not made aware before booking that this would be the case. Otherwise the property was nice.

Great hotel. I was allocated a room that I wasn’t happy with and the situation got promptly resolved. The food was excellent! Staff were lovely and the pools were very peaceful.
