Great place to stay

Pictures on the Expedia site are of a newer building they have built on the property. We were put in cabins out back that needed renovation. Dinning hall was new and renovated Ms breakfast options were descent. Staff was helpful with our bags however the early check in was not available on any of our 3 rooms that we had booked. Didn’t get the Expedia VIP beverages or early/late checkins for members. Staff was friendly

Room smell terrible. Front desk did not allow us to stay 15 extra minutes. Breakfast very basic. Since it is a lodge, it should has coffee maker. A lot of mosquitos and insects on the bed. Very expensive for drink and dine.

Room was not ready. It was ok we came early than checking in. Room was nice but smelled terrible. Floor extremely slippery. My husband fell in the bathroom. Next day no towels at 4 pm. Breakfast opened at 7am. Very old coffee in the lobby. Location was nice. We could not stay past 10 am.

Very nice hotel and it’s so peaceful! The pool is lovely and the restaurant for breakfast was so good! Easy to travel to the waterfalls and the town of Iguazu is a short drive away. Highly recommend

Great spot on the fringe of the rain forest. Stayed in a jungle room, was great. Close enough for short taxi ride to falls and to town. Staff were very helpful

Overall very nice hotel Pool area with bar and restaurant was nice. Food was good. Room seemed a bit dated but clean and comfortable

We recently spent 2 nights at La Reserva Virgin Lodge and there were some good things and not so great things about the lodge. Pros - Great staff; helpful and friendly - Decent food in the restaurant and priced reasonably given this was a 'resort' - Lovely jungle location - Spacious room Cons - I know this is the jungle and a tropical rainforest, but still our room smelled full of mildew and damp. It wasn't a particularly pleasant place to hang out after a day of exploring the falls. (it was clean, but needed better air circulation or something along those lines) -

We stayed one night at the Reserve Virgin Lodge as part of our trip to Iguazú Falls. We loved the on theme jungle lodgings and quiet luxury of the rooms. The accommodation was very spacious, including the rain shower and bathroom. We enjoyed the bar and pool area as well as the restaurant and think this is a great hotel to make a visit to Iguazu top notch.

The staff were responsive, attentive and kind. Communication was through whatsapp and it was very efficient. You feel immerse in nature. At this moment there is construction going on and it may disrupt a bit the serene atmosphere. The restaurant for dinner is good. For breakfast and lunch the restaurant its ok, restaurant service ok. The shower needs some stand or something to place the hygiene products somewhere other than the floor or the table outside of the shower. Hotel is clean. The staff does help you coordinating transportation anywhere, outside and in property activities as well. Check out it’s a bit early 10am. Overall good experience.

El hotel está en medio de la nada, si lo que quieres es tener contacto con la naturaleza es buena opción, de lo contrario busca otro lugar. El equipo de staff fue servicial

Location was great very good wheelchair access. Poor dinner service in hotel restaurant and pool was unfortunately not very usable as it was not heated

Need to improve A/C quality

Loved our stay! It was in the jungle, so it was quiet and private. The only issue we had was the door to enter the room and the sliding door to our balcony had gaps so it allowed for bugs and water to enter when it rained. We definitely got the full jungle experience! The staff was great!

The good: spending time in the forest whilst visiting Iguazu is a truly special experience and this hotel has elements that could make it a great hotel. Some of the staff in the restaurant and reception are friendly and attentive. Some are at the beginning of that learning curve. When something broke in our room the team were very prompt to fix it The bad: the room was so humid it made our clean clothes damp - outside was in fact less humid. The bathroom was tired with dirty grout, broken shower screen and in need of a refurbishment. The pictures screwed into the walls in all corners were unattractive, the stained furniture and the broken lampshades added to the motel vibe. The ugly: the broken flooring in the pool is dangerous and the ongoing construction work should be highlighted to guests at the booking stage which is what other good establishments do

The room was very modern. Comfortable bed. The water was not the 1st night but improved after that. The property was beautiful but difficult to find at first.

It is too dark at the premises at night especially on the walkways. One day and night the walkways were obstructed with fire extinguishers ans buckets. Potentially very dangerous at night.

Friendly staffs. Helpful to our transportation from the airport to the falls and back to the airport. Quiet forest feeling environment.
