As per the front desk , I was given their 2nd best room but it was substandard and front desk communicated the pool side but it was city/sun facing. The receipt of the feedback and request was very casual.

Super slow service, room curtains were dirty, much confusion over billing at the concierge, unwanted charges for breakfast buffet

Property is old. CheckIn time is 3 pm & Dinner have less variety of snacks for Veg

Its classy and wide range of food variety. The roomm and bathroom is spacious.

The hotel was excellent, the food was good, the staff were very friendly. My only concern was the swimming pool, it is not heated, so at this time of year it is too cold to swim in and this should be highlighted in the details. In fact the pool should be closed for safety reasons and this should be included on the website. I would not use this hotel again, due to the surrounding area of the hotel and the issue with the pool

Loved my stay. Courteous and professional staff, wide variety if food for breakfast- chefs took time to know you and recommend different foods. Small eateries close by for exploration. Loved the shuttle service to the airport.

Property is in the centre of the city. For travel metro is nearby. Market is really close as well. Swimming pool was fantastic. Staff was very cordial and the food was great.

Nice place. Familiarity and comfort of a Marriott stay. Centrally located to go to both New Delhi and Agra.
