Wonderful property, good parking, great staff and onsite food

It was good

I stay at this location several times a year in business. My last staying a few things i noticed. Having breakfast instead of instrumental music ( a nice way to start your morning) it was lowed and done rock in roll, not in the morning! I stayed at the PH floor, i saw someone boots for two day on the walkway and some pizza boxes.

It was nice the pool area was small a bit pricey

It was a described and very comfortable and mostly up to date. Would stay again for sure.

The hotel otself waz decent, not amazing but comfortable

I enjoyed everything about Viana Hotel & Spa, and if i have to refer anyone that going to hemsteap for a few that will be the first place in mind, David the security guard was so friendly, the front staff very knowledgeable and helpful, the bar, drinks are a big 10, the breakfast buffet was very good and lots of choices, i didnt try the restaurant for dinner but from what i heard its sound very good as well, the room was very clean and anything that i couldve ask for was already there, my kids enjoy the pool and me the jacuzzi and Saunas, everything went above my expectations, Great Staff overall, Keep it up Viana, and i hope to visit again in a near future.

Excellent clean

Super loud AC that constantly turned on and off. Kept me from sleeping well.

I like that it was nice and quiet and it was a safe place to be around and I was able to sleep well

Excellent Hotel but rooms were a little dated and did not have smart televisions. Bathroom door frame needs replacing. Rotted wood near shower door

Great room

Beds were VERY comfortable and I love that the hotel is pet friendly. The staff were wonderful, and I loved having Marco Polo's bar right in the building!

Overall very good place to stay. It was a bit noisy at night but they were understanding and changed our room. It was also a bit noisy but ill take take the music from thr bar vs elevator noise any day. Staff was generally A1!

The staff was wonderful, they greet you with such a beautiful and warmth welcome. Since I was there for a birthday, we got a beautiful room with complementary champagne and chocolate cover strawberries which was so thoughtful and amazing.

The facility has that old hotel charm, but all the modern conveniences. Great stay

Nice jetted tub

It was convenient and simple, but very outdated and a lot of amenities were upon request, so the room felt somewhat void. Staff was friendly. For a quick weekend its great, wouldnt stay longer than that.
