Staff was excellent. So friendly and knowledgeable. In the room, the bathroom door was broken and one of the shades would not close all the way.

We enjoyed our stay, the service was great from the check in standpoint and requests for towels. The pros was the location and view of river and the space of room. The cons were the water was cold and had to wait 10 minutes before it got warm to use the shower. The bed wasn't the most comfortable. Our room wasn't cleaned but we didn't mind majorly although we are used to having our room cleaned daily. We just requested more towels with concierge.

Check in was fast and easy. Maddie was friendly and very pleasant. The whole experience was wonderful.

Great stay great location right off the highway and right in downtown great for a quick or long term stay

Great location, walking distance to bars and restaurants. Staff very friendly. Rooms were small, but bed was comfortable and rooms were very clean.

If I have a downtown Milwaukee event, HERE is where i stay. Close to everything, walkable to places, and always a fun clean place!

Valet parking is great, easy and friendly staff but we prefer to have lot or ramp to park in and it’s an additional cost.

Ask for an iron for the room, staff member was asking me like 30 questions why I needed one? Once they dropped one off later in the night, I went to use it finding out the cord was severely frayed and sparking. I went down to the desk for a new one, got the third degree again and then we got a non-working steamer...just wow!!!

Very central to everything we wanted to do. A little pricey on parking, but other than that it was clean, cozy, quiet and the staff were super friendly.

Great location! The hallways were a little dark, would be nice for them to be a little more bright.

Stay was good, parking is expensive. We parked around the block at the 24 hour lot and saved about $25. Hotel was clean and comfortable. No complaints. Friendly staff.

It was a great property to stay at. I felt safe and easy in and out services for my vehicle.
