Good location, nice stuff and thats all. Hotel needs serious renovation, safety box imposible to lock or unlock. There is no SPA as Expedia advertize. My request for transport arrangements from the airport was answered at all. Not a value fir the money

The location will meet the needs of all visitors whose plans for Montevideo involve a lot of walking given its centrality. For those who travel to shop, among whom I do not count myself, Punta Carretas shopping is a block away. The service is A .

At 2:30am they opened the door to our room. What they told us was that they were very sorry because they made a mistake. This is a very big mistake. Very unsafe

Bathroom layout terrible , mold in shower , vanity sink terrible design , vanity to closed to toilet ( need to open legas to sit !!! ) Shower door open in never seen it , hard to park , definitely I will pass next time .

We stayed in Montevideo for a week as part of a longer vacation. This hotel is close to shopping, dining, and the beach. Everything about the hotel was excellent. You don’t need a car as Uber is readily available and reasonably priced. Even though this is an upscale neighborhood, you do need to be cautious.

Check in was easy. The staff was friendly. Location is great.

I stayed at this hotel for 20 years off and on. The last manager would have paid more attention to garbage in the front yard...that kind of thing.
