Clean room, staff were OK but struggling with a new system so inordinately slow at the front desk

Rooms spotless. Staff very friendly. Very centrally located to visit all the coast.

Couldn’t get to sleep until after 1am with the noise of furniture on floor above and next door being moved. Room looking straight into adjacent room with no view at all. Resort empty

Fantastic location in Benalmadena. Hotel was extremely clean and offered fantastic breakfast. It is a bit dated but very clean. We had two bedroom apartment, beds were very comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped. Highly recommended.

Overall we had a lovely stay here. I think that the dinner buffet experience and options could be improved upon but breakfast was nice. As a couple we felt that the hotel is definitely more of a family friendly environment but still enjoyed ourselves. Staff were all so nice and welcoming, and the amenities in the hotel are brilliant (supermarket is well stocked, lots of things going on, onsite salon/massages etc)

Had a junior suite with a sea view. Room was well equipped, nice little kitchen for making tea/coffee, making a bit of brunch. Supermarket downstairs, fresh bread and cakes, well stocked and reasonably priced. Bed was so comfortable and huge, highly recommend.

Really great to see that these days we have this level of high quality that we miss since years. 10/10 service and 10/10 comfortable resort. Amazing professional and well trained staff. Views from the spacious balconies so calming. Nearby beaches and restaurants - really a great deal if with family or alone.

Have stayed a few times here the late check in was a bit disappointing it I understand some people get early access sadly I wasnt one of those. It is clean and can get loud but that is just people having fun which they are meant to be doing so. Facilities all good as well with the local on sit supermarket being well stocked . Across the road is green monkey burger bar which is great for quality burgers and high street burgers you have a Burger King . Also across the road is a bigger supermarket

Location, Location, Location. The friendly staff and all of the amenities. This was my second stay and it will not be my last. It's my happy place.

Room description is misleading advertising “Prime Sea View” that does not have a full view of the sea but rather partial view mostly viewing the mountain behind. We therefore upgraded to a Junior Suite for an extra 100 euros.

Not enough staff at check in check out Room was not prime seaview had to pay another upgrade to junior suite for prime seaview. First room assigned was partial seaview and city. Reason if view is not obstructed then its considered prime whether you only see part ocean and part city.
