Clean, excellent hotel, room was clean, modern, good heating

Hotel needs a upgrade (beds old) . Shower was awkward getting in/out, because you had to step into a bath first.. Bar, not very inviting , no atmosphere.?

Ideal place to stay, convenient to places and with good parking area.

Nice hotel, great location, good breakfast buffet. The only negative is the bathtub. Slippery and dangerous. Should throw them out. Dangerous and wasteful.

Always excellent and courteous service. Delicious buffet breakfast , a plus.

Just at the entrance to the Old town. Do not use a hotel parking it's expansive. Download parking APP and pay $6 for 24 hours at any spots in the town. Breakfast is good. Do not like restroom in the room. It's all made from translucent glass.

Good hotel and great staff at a great location downtown 5 m walk to the center

Front desk lied, not helpful, the room was tiny, the bathroom sink was placed in a corner with the left and right mirror at 45 degrees, how can you shave or blow dry your hair. Don’t bother with this place.

The bathrooms have glass doors - fine for couples, not good for families

Nice clean Hotel in good place, big parking lot.

I have been put in an unsafe and extremely dangerous situation by this hotel by receiving an electric shock from a damaged cable to a lamp which was live. I inadvertently touched the cable and has provided with a 240V shock, which in itself is danger to life. Whilst I have informed the hotel in writing, I have received no written response or apology.

This property was excellent for the price, the staff was great and very hospitable. Central location, great area to see the city. Would definitely stay again.

A good option if you prefer the big hotel experience. Some of the facilities didn't always seem open, such as the restaurant, and there wasn't a proper bar as you would normally find in a hotel of this size, but overall a convenient option, clean, with good service and well placed for all the main attractions.

Excellent hotel, great breakfast, attentive staff and cleanly comfortable rooms. Couldn't fault this hotel.
