Andre and Andrea are super nice, polite and fully dedicated to the customers. The rooms and bathroom are clean, very nice simple decorated. The breakfast is also very well organized and good. The Location is another plus. We had a lovely stay. Vielen Dank Andrea & Andre.

Excellent accommodation! This is a charming, sweet, exceedingly clean property with lovely sunlit rooms, fantastic lake and pre-alp views, and pleasant staff. The included breakfast was very good and the location wonderful. So happy to have stayed here!

Beautiful boutique hotel to stay and enjoy Locarno.

I had the best view of the lake and super convenient to train station (5 min walk to funiculare and train station) and the rest of the waterfront. The marina amd waterfront are right across the street and you can catch a boat ride easily there. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was well done too. The location was perfect and very centrally located so close to everything. The restaurant and cafe closest to hotel were excellent!

Great little hotel right across from the lake. Beautiful view, comfortable room with everything we needed and a great cross breeze. The breakfast was great for us…typical European fare and they boiled me an egg to have with their wonderful bread. There is a fridge and a safe and it’s right on the strip so we could walk either walk to see the lake and the parks. Terrific in every way with great customer service. Could not have asked for more.

Super stay in Locarno right at the water. We sat on our small Juliet balcony and enjoyed the spectacular views daily. Walking distance to key activities. Wonderful breakfast and service.

Very nice small hotel next to the lake, with some rooms facing the lake. The management, Andrei and Andrea, are super nice and helpful. Breakfast is good quality.

Lovely older building facing directly onto Lago Maggiore with great views. Conveniently located near the station, shops, restaurants, etc., plus warm, friendly owners/staff who were really helpful.
