Exceptional staff, exceptional room, and brilliant location.

Nice hotel and superb location but disappointing service

Brilliant stay in this historic hotel. Rooms were well designed, great amenities and chic. The best part of the stay were the staffing team and the service they gave. All were brilliant and helpful. I was there during the storm and staff went out of their way to ensure guests were well looked after and comfortable and able to make our flights.

Lovely room, lovely breakfast. Lovely staff . There was no pictures of the pool to be seen and the reason for this is it’s tiny. The decor is a bit dated and the place has very little atmosphere. It also does not mention that it is at the top of an extremely steep hill . So not very good for people with impaired mobility. This was a very expensive hotel and to be honest I was expecting more

Exceptional service by staff every single day! Clean beautiful rooms with a comfortable King bed and working AC. Delicious breakfast daily. The staff was so lovely in welcoming us for breakfast everyday. Helpful too. If we couldn't find a cab, they would drive us to our destination. The area is quiet and walkable to many dining and shopping options. The nearby ocean views are stunning! We were sad to leave. This hotel is a gem and cant wait to return and share my experience with others in the US! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

The hotel is in an excellent location in Dalt Vila. The staff are fantastic, friendly and welcoming and very efficient. The only negative is that food options at the hotel are quite limited. However, overall we recommend the hotel and had a great stay!

This hotel blew my expectations away. They really do ensure your vacation is just that. No worries, no stress. From their complimentary transportation to and from the airport, to even providing beach bags, towels and umbrellas for the beach days. They even worry about parking your rental car for you. I have never experienced such great kind service. My fiancé and I will definitely be back. Thank you all at the hotel. You really are a fabulous team!

This hotel was well located for anyone who enjoys walking and exploring. Set in the heart of Old Town Ibiza, the property is a short walk down to the lively Ibiza town square and the port. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating and really make the stay feel five star. Breakfast was incredible- lots of options including a chef prepared menu and exceptional buffet. The restaurant in general was fantastic. Really delicious and had a Michelin star recommendation. My brother ordered dinner one night and we were all very impressed. Oh and loved their turndown service and special surprises. Airport transfer was a really nice perk of staying at this hotel. The property and amenities are pretty basic. Not quite a lobby. A small European style cafe/ restaurant and small pool and patio. No gym/spa, tiny pool, and dated furniture and decor in the rooms. That said, the location, staff, and breakfast made up for it for me! I would stay here again!

First trip to Ibiza and needed an extra bed which meant we had to pay for the Grand Suite - which came with its own gym, master suite and amazing patio area with spa.

Not your typical Ibiza vibe but good for being in old town. The hotel is 90s luxurious. Think deep mahogany wood and dark marbles. However staff is accommodating, facilities super clean and even a single room is spacious. Center of old town Ibiza and super quiet.

Stunning hotel in a beautiful location right in D'Alt Vila itself. Lovely and quiet, historic feel. Service is outstanding and the welcome given by the Reception team is second to none. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Only a few rooms have good views but expected considering the location. Pool tiny but quaint and quiet, again the hotel was not selected as one to lounge around the pool all day. The complimentary airport transfers were an unexpected and very nice touch. The same driver can be booked for other trips around the local area provided he isn't needed for airport runs. Short walk down to the harbour (8-10mins) lots of great bars and restaurants in D'Alt Vila and port all easy to reach on foot (although all cobbled streets/walk ways so be aware of that). A wonderful hotel for a special occasion or if you love history and quiet as opposed to the normal Ibizan party vibe.

This hotel is beautiful, the staff are lovely and very helpful. We couldn’t fault out stay here. It’s a great location for the old town shopping and restaurants and the hotel is quiet and intimate. We travelled with our toddler and the hotel staff were very accommodating. Great trip!
