We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast options they had.

The staff and Ms. Castillo did a great of taking care of the customers

We were in a hurry to a wedding and were sent to a room that is already occupied. Once that was straightened out, our stay was nice and uneventful. I highly recommend.

The tv didn't work. They did have anyone would could look at it because it was the weekend. They could only find 1 down alternative pillow.

Friendly staff, very clean room, and quality breakfast buffet. Kudos for using refillable soap and shampoo dispensers. But they were installed in awkward locations and somewhat difficult to use. Would be a bigger problem for children or shorter adults.

Beautiful area for families

It is near several good restaurants within walking distance, and near a nice lake with a walking path.

Housekeeping only came once during our 5 days and just exchanged bathroom towels and emptied garbage. We had to ask for more toilet paper and clean kitchen towels. The suites were great to have just a little older and could use a little TLC.

Stay was great, staff was friendly. We even accidently left something behind, called and they had the items and was able to arrange to get them back.

Breakfast was very good. No complaints.

No one was at the desk at check in and couldn’t reach anyone by phone or otherwise!!;((

The hot tub wasn't working

My family and I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Whenever I come back to Waco I will definitely be staying here.

The check-in employee, I believe her name was Felicia, was so kind and funny! She made me feel comfortable away!

I really enjoyed walking around the lake.

Excellent check in, no muss, no fuss. Room was nice, cool, and clean. Breakfast selection was over and above, our stay was enjoyable. I recommend Homewood Suites for families reasonably priced.
