Could use some updates

Adequate accommodation.

It was all good

It’s a perfectly fine place to stay when you need a place to sleep

Right down town, close to stores and restaurants.

Wonderful front desk staff/ cleaning staff. The room was dated but clean. The only issue was a really hard bed & extra hard pillows. My son and I had an awful sleep. Barely slept at all was so uncomfortable, The toilet in our room was also running and very loud all night.

Laundry

The cost was reasonable for the older rooms. No hair dryer. No microwave only in common area which I don’t think is sanitary. Continental breakfast was satisfactory. Food was ok but very pricey. Entrance underground was convenient as elevator goes from parking to your floor. Very quiet.

Clean rooms clean facility. Bad neighborhood other than that good experience.

The room was nice and comfortable. No complaints. Our only concern is that we arrived during a high alert boil water advisory due to bacterial levels that had been ongoing for 10 days already. There was just a note posted at the check-in desk, which was only explained when we asked about it. If water is really a health hazard (which it did appear to be from checking the city of PR website), then it would have been nice to have some access to safe water besides the vending machine. For example, if we were offered a couple of bottles of complimentary water or had a kettle in the room so that we could boil water to brush our teeth with, we would have felt that the hotel cared about our health.

It was ok for one night as a stopover. It’s older which meant it was also cheaper than some of the other hotels which we appreciated.

Sheets had not been washed. The very nice front desk staff changed our room. I had to clean the toilet before using it.! Have never stayed in a low calibre hotel like this!

Traveling with my dog we enjoyed our stay. Room was very spacious with hard floors which I prefer over carpet.

No A/C but lots of fans.
